Dr. Davila - This provider after never having met myself, my daughter, or our family, had the audacity to not read anything in my daughter's file to see that she has autism and adhd. She insinuated that I was making poor choices by keeping my daughter on her anxiety medicine and then referred us out to multiple psych providers. My daughter's anxiety is a chemical imbalance. It's not something I can take away with the help of a mental health provider. She was horrified when I said we'd still like the refill of her medicine and continued to belittle me, disrespect me, and make assumptions that she had no grounding in. She wouldn't let me speak more than to say yes or no. She refused to refill beyond a month stating that I needed to take my daughter to one of the people she had referred to before their clinic would ever refill for her again. I am shocked and appalled. Go to her if you have a super average kid, mentally, because she's behind in the times and rude about it. read more

The staff was very nice. Dr Char is very personable, professional and kind. One imprtant thing that needs to be improved. Someone should answer the phones. When you call the clinic you receive a recorded message and a series of prompts to leave a message. I needed to speak to someone about medication it was urgent. I left 2 messages and never received a call back. They are closed on weekends. I was forced to drive to the clinic on Monday morning in order to speak to someone. read more

I used to love them but not after today. I had an appointment January 23, 2024. I took my two kids to get checked and when I left I wanted to reassure myself with a question, when I called someone in the front desk of the clinic answered and said "I don't care" & hung up. I called again and the same thing "I said I don't care" & hung up. I called a third time and this time she said "Stop it" I thought since it was almost closing time that's why she answered that way. Luckily I went back and asked Brenda M who was at the front desk, she said her manager Maricela or a name close to it. Of course no one knows and want to say it might've been someone in the call center. Whoever it was I hope they hold you accountable. If you want to get your phone calls transferred 10 times and still not get help or assistance, this is a great place for you. Also, if you schedule and have a set appointment time, go ahead and still plan to wait an hour to be seen and then another 30-45 minutes to actually see a doctor. This place is unorganized, and they do not value you or your time. read more

Definitely recommend! If you are looking for a pediatrician ask for Dr.McKenzie! She is the best and most sweetest Pediatrician there. She has been seeing my daughter since her new born check up. She is very professional and very clean with touching your little one as well! I will never change my daughters pediatrician. She was recently located at another MD Kids. Though I thought she was amazing and I followed her to the next location she left too. We have always been content with her and my daughter loves her. the worst place, and terrible customer service, terrible call representatives or whatever they are at their call centers , i called 5 times to get my daughter's medical records because i didnt have a log in for her portal. they said they sent me an " email " which i never got numerous times. a week later i had to figure it out myself it took me days. they talk over you, bluntly ignore what youre saying, overall this is a horrible place, every location is bad. if i could rate this zero stars i would. read more

My daughter has seen both Dr. Davila and Dr. Pagan and they were both great. The office accepts walk ins. but if you go in the evening you'll wait an eternity, so try to make an appointment for during the day. read more

I gave it one star because I had to. This is the WORST place to take a sick kid. The waiting is over two hours, I have spent up to 3 hours with no direct answer to exactly why other then they are flipping 8 rooms and TRYING to see up to 50 patients a day. No compassion from any staff member. The front desk clerks are not easy on the eyes on top of their rudeness and incompetence. They have sent my sons prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and then told me that I did the change. Just one horrible experience after other. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are only in business to bill Medicaid as much as possible. read more

I have always went here to take my son for like the last two to three years. And before in recent visti I let things slide because we are all in the pandemic of 2020. But today was by far the worse appointment was at 10am got there fifteen mins early and was not called back until 1125 . And when I asked when we was gonna be called I was told we was next and three five other people was called before that. There was people that had appointments before us and went in before my son did. The front desk help is very rude and giggling and even on there phones. They are at work. Then when called back they said I had to wait because there was not a room available. And they checked to rooms that had been empty but the old patients charts was in room basket still . This is just lazy then when we went to the room finally she medical assistant didn't know shit. And then we waited another hour three hours almost just for a well visti pathetic. Never going here again and I recommend not going here either. read more

I loved this place. It was clean super friendly staff and it wasn't too crowded. I was especially impressed with the Dr she was very kind and virtuous. I am a mother who has chosen not to vaccinate my child till he is older (read it again it says TILL HES OLDER). She respectfully told me couldn't treat my son in the future seeing that he isn't vaccinated and her ethics prevents her from seeing us in the future. I was disappointed at first because I had heard so many good things about her. But I understand why she would feel the way she does. I've been met with tons of obstacles because of my decision to wait on vaccines some where very rude and disrespectful. But Dr H was extremely kind - she wasn't belittling or condescending. I hate that she won't be our doctor but I know she'll make you and yours very happy. read more
