Called to complain and set up new one and the staff hung up on me. Called and left a message for the office manager. She called back to say she reviewed the call and unfortunately the doctors are human and things come up. I have been going to this practice for years and this is the second time this has happened, right down to the shocking, angry reaction from them. I used to like this practice, but it has gone so far downhill. I no longer trust them. I realize now that due to the fact that a test result that I was given several months ago completely made no sense for my child, this has likely happened on multiple occasions.
