Dr. Williams is primary for both my children and he is excellent! Very friendly and puts my kiddos right at ease. Not only is he patient with all of my stupid questions, but he also explains things in a way that makes sense without making me feel like an idiot. The biggest positive is that he seems to truly care about his patients' well being. At our first visit with Dr. Williams, my husband and I explained our concerns about a long term issue our daughter has had. Other pediatricians have brushed it off, giving inadequate advice and not really addressing the issue. Dr. Williams took our concerns seriously and thoroughly explored possible causes, which we really appreciate! We've also seen Dr. Goff and Dr. Day when my daughter was sick and Dr. Williams was unavailable, and they were both fantastic as well! Each time she went in timid and upset that she had to see a doctor she'd never met, and each time left with a smile on her face asking if she could see that doctor again. They both listened to my concerns as well and got us in and out quickly, but not in a way that it felt like we were being rushed. Would highly recommend this clinic and any of these Physicians!

I used to like this practice, but it has gone so far downhill. I no longer trust them. I realize now that due to the fact that a test result that I was given several months ago completely made no sense for my child, this has likely happened on multiple occasions. I no longer trust them for my child's care. I do not recommend this practice. Medical mistake like this can have catastrophic consequences.

Throughout the years we have always had a terrific experience with her and the office! - They're usually right on time, I've never had to wait in the waiting room very long. There's also plenty of toys and fish tanks to keep the kiddos entertained. I also love that they have a sick room and a well room! - The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They always remember my children and go above and beyond to assist me with whatever I need. - The nurses are amazing! They're great with children and they're always fast and speedy with unpleasant procedures. Anytime my children have had to get blood drawn, a flu swab, shots or catheters they've always been gentle and speedy, causing minimal pain while getting the job done as quick as possible. They're just absolutely great with children! - Debra Naylor is the primary physician for my children and they love her! She has a way with kids and finds a way to make their check ups fun for them. Throughout the years my children have seen every physician/PA/NP at least once when sick and Dr.Naylor has not been available and it's always been a positive experience. They listen to what I have to say and always take my concerns seriously. They're also incredibly thorough and leave no stone unturned when trying to figure out what's wrong with the kiddos. - Anytime I've called their office to leave a question for a nurse and/or doctor they've always gotten back to me quickly. I can be a bit of helicopter mom and admit that I've called them with some pretty silly questions but they always take me seriously and get back to me as soon as they can. - Anytime one of my kids has fallen ill they always work with me to get them seen immediately even if they close in ten minutes. 18 and Under is just an overall wonderful practice! His professional opinion was to hang from a bar like a monkey to stretch out my spine and take a hot shower. He gave me one pain pill and a prescription. When I asked if we could do an X-ray or MRI, he said no because "nothing is broken." Fast forward One weeks to a real doctor, and they found two masses--one on my spine and another on my kidney. I would have expected better treatment, especially since no one else was in the ER. Within 15 minutes, I was in and out, but they made sure to get payment before I could even step out of the ER. I've called the hospital several times to discuss the bill and my treatment, but no one will return my calls. I even contacted the Patient Advocate Department, and still, no response. The medical profession needs to do better. Listen to your patients. Don't just collect the co-pay and push them out the door. Filling a patient full of pain meds is not medical treatment! I also found the doctor on Facebook and sent him a message. He didn't show any compassion or even say sorry--just gave a thumbs up. So unprofessional! See Photo)
