One was not actually shutting off completely resulting in the leakage of water through my sprinkler heads. He was very accommodating in setting up a date quickly for follow up. He was punctual, both friendly and professional. Once the valves were replaced, they were tested only to find out that three of my stations on the control box did not work and the box needed to be replaced. This was totally unexpected and he was already set up for another appointment within the half hour. Even still, you went and purchased another box came back and installed it very quickly. The cost of total repair, including the unexpected box was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will call upon him again in the future if needed.

He didn't charge me for his time, but did give me a quote to install a professional system as well as expand coverage to the entire back yard. His quote was reasonable / competitive, and I was lucky to get quickly scheduled. He and his crew came out and in a couple days were able to install a brand new Hunter system with sprayers and multiple drip lines. Despite having to trench through my yard, when they were done it looked as good as new. They took special care around existing landscaping and did not damage anything during the installation process. It's been a few months now, and the system is working great. Grass is green and plants are blooming. Sherman is easy to work with and super responsive. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and I'm sure you will be too.

I had some drainage work done at my house which trashed my entire irrigation system, so I needed to have it replaced, both in the front and back yard. The McKay crew did a bang up job of it. They came in on time and on budget. They had the whole system laid out and running within about two days. Then Sherman spent some time with me to make sure I knew how to operate the controllers. In fact, they do more than irrigation, and I will likely have them come back and put in some new plants and do some other work in my backyard.
