She helped us load all of our bags, and before leaving reminded us if we had critical belongings for our trip (which we happened to have forgotten!) Absolutely loved and utilized both stripper poles. Probably not wise considering all of us were in our 40s and 50s. Once in a while, you gotta toss caution to the wind and just go wild. They had plenty of water and ice on board and they greeted us with birthday balloons and a carpet for the birthday girl to enter the vehicle. There were only 10 of us along with a cooler that we brought and some food but it could've easily have accommodated 18 to 20. This business could not have been any easier to deal with. An older man couldn't use Uber or Lyft due to no cc card, but I found Mike here on Google, messaged him, and he answered right away. He was very professional and helpful. He agreed to take the older man to his destination before his normal work hours which was absolutely wonderful and kind. My best friend and I were going to a retreat at Mago. Upon arrival at the Phoenix airport we were picked up by the shuttle and taken directly to Mago. Even though it was a 2 hour drive, it flew by because they were so interactive. We heard history of the area as well as new building projects were pointed out. This didn't feel like a paid service, it felt like traveling with family. After our retreat at Mago was over, we treated ourselves to their private tour of the Sedona area. This was absolutely amazing! We've been to Sedona before but it wasn't a great trip so this was our redemption trip and we surely got that. We were driven around to places we had no idea existed and felt like royalty. We were listened to and every need was met with a smile. I will always schedule my transport needs with them when in the Phoenix/Sedona area in the future. They are absolutely the best of the best in my opinion and I am difficult to please at times.

During the call, the rep requested access to my phone to help me navigate the process. I allowed it and he proceeded to access my bank account and steal $975 from me!! He then attempted to charge my bank account through Uber $500 eight different times within the following hour. I have a bank statement, confirming this. The attempted charges come from Uber. I have contacted Uber on more than 15 occasions since the incident, never getting any real attention whatsoever. Instead, I always get an automated message telling me since the charges did not go through, they are closing the case. And just like that, I am dismissed! There is no getting a hold of a live human at Uber. It's all automated and it's all generic and nobody there cares about my situation. Needless to say, I will never recommend or use this company ever again. Ever. Uber is the most unprofessionally run business I've ever used in my entire life. My advice to anyone considering using Uber is to find a different service. This company is not worth giving your money to. They should be ashamed of themselves. They do not know how to treat their customers. They are unAmerican.
