Beware of this business. I called well in advance to have some furniture removed from my home. I was told that the day before the pick up I would be given a window of time. Pick up day was Friday the 13th. No communication was received so I called late morning Thursday and was told they didn't have a time yet but would call me. Late afternoon and I had received no call. I called again was told they were waiting for manager to come in to plan next days routes. Would call me when they knew info. No call. Called Friday morning and was told they didn't have a time but it would probably be late day. I was puzzled that they still could not give me a time window. Friday 4:45 pm called again to verify someone was coming. Was told the trucks were just starting to come in probably one would be coming up to me. Last thing I was told was that the office person would make sure everything was ok before she left. I waited till 6:45 pm no one came and as before no calls from this company. I am shocked and angry that the work ethics of this company are so low. I would never use them again and never recommend them. I love their recycle division, especially Dave from Manchester. Such a great guy. I would give him a big raise as he has 4 children and an upcoming wedding. Their regular trash pick up crew is awesome too. Always polite no matter how much trash you leave and they neatly leave the trash cans in your yard. These guys are mych better than Waste Management that we use to have at Kessler Farms in Nashua, NH. read more

There's no reason at all for MD's Trash Removal to have 4.5 Stars! They are a 5 Star operation. How does Yelp give a company 4.5 stars when they have 19 out of 20 reviews (15 are hidden for no reason) are 5 stars and 1 is 3 stars. Even the one that gave 3 stars gave a glowing review, just read it. My experience last June 2020 was initially frustrating as a new driver attempted to turn around in our driveway which is steep and put a small gouge in it. Within hours a "technician" named Mark showed up to assess the damage and recommend a resolution. He was very apologetic and eager to get it fixed as soon as possible. Within the week after painstaking hours of work the gouge was fixed and two sizable cracks to boot. I tried to give him and his helper a tip and he said no thank you. What I didn't realize until later is that Mark is the owner of MD Trash. I was very humbled that he did that. Especially after seeing him work for hours down on his hands and knees repairing cracks in my driveway that weren't even his responsibility. I tried to pay for both cracks but he only allowed me to pay him for one of them. He never even told me he was the owner, he was only intent on fixing the issue and making a customer happy. We moved to Bedford, NH 4 1/2 years ago and this has been the best customer service experience we've had the whole time we've been here. A lot of heavy furniture. Brought everything down from the second floor to the first and whatever I was keeping, they placed in the garage bay. They never stopped moving. Amazing. I walk about 6 miles of streets in my Hollis neighborhood for exercise 3-4 times per week and each time I walk, I fill from 1-2 small grocery bags with roadside trash - most commonly aluminum cans and glass bottles. I was doing my route this morning and coming out of the roadside brush with some aluminum cans just as an MD's truck was coming down the street. The driver saw me crushing the cans and putting in my bag as he approached. He stopped the truck and asked if I was picking up roadside trash. When I said "yes" he got out of the truck came around and introduced himself as Dave and shook my hand, thanking me for my work. He let me empty my bag into his recycling hauler so I could lighten my load. I mentioned that I was a happy MD's customer from a few streets over and thanked him again, explaining that sometimes I end up carrying multiple 6 packs of cans or bottles and they can get heavy. Dave was an excellent ambassador for your company - he saw a random community member whom he could help and then stopped to assist. David and MD's get Gold Stars and my heartfelt appreciation. read more

Ever since we moved to our current residence since 2004 I have had MD's trash picking up our Trash. WORTH... EVERY.... PENNY.... No long lines at the dump, sorting my stuff, or any of that. Put my cans at the end of the driveway come home put my cans back in their spot. If I accidentally forgot, They send another truck over without any complaints... In the 10+ years of service, they missed once during the ice storm that took down half the trees in the area and called us and told us they would be out the following Monday (As my pickup is usually Friday) I have a friend who started a competing company... But - MD's has been so good and so reliable... I can't in good conscience just swap services... read more

By far one of the best companies when it comes to customer service. I just rented a 15 yard rolling bin. They were one of the only companies in the area that actually takes brush/yard waste and were competitive in pricing. Alexa was super helpful and answered any questions I had.
