well, they got hired by my... as they were moving my furniture around in the living room and that's all they needed to no moving it outside the house no throwing anything away. My house has barely anything in it and they charged $700. One of them hit my laptop computer as it sat on the corner of my coffee table, the plug was on the outside.. which is a very large coffee table. While they were doing this, the girl saw the camera and looked up and and she says look at the camera up here so she takes it down and she puts it behind my router and leaves it there while they move everything around, but before she did that, her butt hit it, moved it a little bit and after they were done doing moving put the camera back and she says do you think this is right the way it was do you think this was right and left it and suddenly I can see my whole living room, kind of strange you think? I'm pretty that on purpose so I couldn't see them do anything in. I have security cameras on the inside of my house and outside and all around because I don't trust people I'm sorry. So I went to power it on and I was like what the heck why won't it power go on so I put it down right where it was and I looked at the plug that plugs into it for battery you know and it was kind of bent so I was like oh you know OK no problem. I'll just take it out and fix know it was so bad that the inside of the outside part that plugs to the inside computer was and it was stuck on the inside of my computer so you see the little metal wires sticking out there and they were bent so there was no way to repair it fix it put it and plug it in whatever and so I called up a computer company and I asked her if they could fix it and he said no problem he says we'll take care of it. He says you have the adapter and I said no I'm sorry I don't and he says well you'll have to get one. it took me almost 2 weeks to get it from the company that the computer is and then I had to give it to the people that were fixing my computer and they had already had my computer about a month or a little bit longer so now I'm talking to these people that did the work for me and now blaming me because I waited so long excuse me, you know always shipping takes long. Then the computer company has 100's & 100's of other to work on but the guy that I spoke with give didn't give me a chance to explain everything to him he kept cutting me off and cutting me off so eventually, he hung up on me I was still trying to explain to him and he kept saying changing his is changing his story. I never story not once he wouldn't give me a chance to explain everything in detail sowell that is not professionalism at all for a company and that's why I came here. DO NOT HIRE THEM read more

The estimate was acceptable, in comparison to others, but brought me to reality on current cost for services rendered in this area code. The work is not done and will not be done until 10/2/24. I was replacing 600 ft of flooring and had 12 rolls of carpet and padding to dispose of. I was just requesting a quote but within 10 minutes, there was a truck in my driveway to take everything away!
