I was so upset and left crying in the bathroom. My bridesmaids were poorly taken care of. Reporting to me that the hairdresser had slapped her hand when she asked about her hair falling out of place in the front. My other bridesmaid who was in the chair for less then 5 minutes to have a bow clip placed in her hair and charged $30. They were left with limp curls and messy plaits which did not hold for the day, falling out before we even left for the wedding ceramony. After frequenting the salon previously for similar services and always being happy with the result I was tremendously disgruntled on my wedding day. I would not be recommending Zurri Ellerslie salons services to anyone. I was very upset at how the morning was handled in the salon.

Off Wax Bar is a different concept to most brow places I have been to. Usually you get taken into a private room, there's calming music playing and it's very relaxing, but at Off Wax Bar, you're half lying down in the main reception area. This means if clients are waiting for their appointments, they can see you... which I didn't enjoy. But don't worry, you go into a private room if you are getting an actual wax! Hannah did our brows and we thought she did a great job - very professional and precise. I also got a tint, which at the time was great except it only lasted a few days (unlike previous tints I have had done which lasted a week). Overall, it was a great service in terms of the brows, but I probably wouldn't pay for a brow tint again due to it not lasting. Also, while their concept of doing your brows out in the open is unique, I would much prefer a private room!

Instead of just doing it, they came up with a plan to try and get my hair back to better condition, before putting anything in it. Every time I have been to a hairdresser they have just gone ahead and damaged my hair. They even suggested I use a certain product that would help (normally hairdressers try and sell you everything) but they only tried to guide me on product which has made an amazing difference to my hair. I am very happy with them and can finally say I have found a great hairdresser which I will be going to for a very long time. :)
