This was not a minor trim...five branches were removed from a tree that does not belong to their client. At no point did anyone knock on my door, attempt to verify property lines, or get consent before cutting. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for property rights. To make matters worse, the cuts they made left the tree looking uneven, poorly shaped, and clearly not cared for by a professional. It now looks damaged rather than maintained. If you're considering hiring this company, I strongly suggest confirming how they handle property boundaries and neighbor communication because in my experience, they did neither. I am extremely disappointed and would caution others before using their services.

Noel's Tree Trimming Service was recommended to me recently so I contacted them on 816-522-9152 and spoke to the owner, himself, Noel Martinez. He came over the very next day to give me an estimate. At the height of the season, he and his 6 member crew were at my home (in only two days) at 8:15 a.m. sharp, ready to work. I had a LOT of trees to do! To my total shock, they were working HARD within 10 minutes. They never stopped one time to take a break. These men are among the hardest working gentlemen I've ever seen! They worked together with precision and teamwork, each commanding a specific position to assure fast, accurate, and impressive results. Noel was a true professional, taking command of every tree's particular demise. His crew was also respectful. Not only did they remove then rake every single fallen limb from the yard, they even cleaned the patio deck, driveway, and sidewalks with a power blower. My home has never looked so good! He refused but said he would come back at a later date and trim the tree further back to my satisfaction. I have since called him five times to try to get him to come back. He always has some lame excuse. On one such call he even said he was out of the country! The last time I called, after listening to my request he hung the phone up on me. I should have withheld payment until I was satisfied. That was my mistake, but that doesn't excuse his lack of courtesy or behavior nor the fact that he lied to me and never had any intention of returning to trim the tree to my satisfaction. Needless to say, I will do no further business with him or his company nor do I recommend him to anyone else. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. If you do hire him, make sure you do not pay him until you are satisfied with the work. Carlos communicated with me quickly if anything was in question or needed to be rescheduled. I left for work on a Monday and when I got home they were already 80% done with the work. Then just a couple of hours of finishing up the next day, which he originally said it would be a two day job, so they worked fast. They ended up taking down 10 very mature walnut trees, one pine tree, trimming an oak tree, grinding stumps and hauling away all of the mulch, cleaned up very well, and even took care of calling to get my utilities marked for me.
