They did everything as promised in the cost and timeline and went above and beyond to make sure we we happy with the job. Cost was competitive and we definitely got what we paid for. Beware of this company if you have them mow your lawn. They have a provsion in their agreement that authorizes them to charge multiples of their quoted price based on the length of the highest weed or blade of grass. My first mowing was almost $200 for a standard size lawn. RIDICULOUS. They are more interested in keeping their excess profits than in customer service. My recommendation is to avoid them. read more

This is the worst lawn service company EVER! They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They had someone come over to my home the other morning when we had barely 2 inches of snow and it was all going to melt, which it did by noon, and shovel my driveway and my deck and charged me $595! I did not consent to this and this is Highway robbery. Beware do not do business with this company because they will charge your credit card whenever they feel like it! Very unprofessional and incredibly expensive I tried to reach out to a manager and the owner and nobody ever got back with me. Most recently, I was in a jam and hired them to come out and mow. The quote I received was 3.5x LESS than what I was charged. So let me be clear, they charged me 3.5X MORE than what they quoted me!!! I received no call to discuss this change and when I inquired I was pretty much told sorry but that's that. When I asked to speak to the owner/manager, I was told they do not take complaints. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS RIGHT. Total crap. DO NOT USE THEM! I should also mention that they will continually come to mow weekly throughout even late November. Regardless of if your yard needs mowed. RIDIQULOUS! All so they could just continue to get paid. The owner makes no effort to speak to or even listen to his customers. LDK failed on all fronts. They chose to plant the wrong plants purposefully because the nursery didn't have the plants I requested on the day they decide to plant. They did not schedule an appointment with me for the day of planting, so I was not aware or home to approve the plants or to make a decision on whether I wanted to pay the "optional" plant guarantee of $206. I found the plants 4 days after being planted and they had never been watered. Based on the poor communication, disrespectful decision to plant plants that did not meet my request, and complete lack of any sort of customer service, I requested they remove the plants. I didn't have any desire to try and work with them further because of how they treated me. They have since charged me for the plant guarantee and added monthly late fees to my account. I tired to work this out with them this Spring and we were close to having a deal but it fell apart over 3, $8 dollar plants that they wanted me to pay the $206 plant guarantee for replacing (they died over winter). The owner told me he was placing my account with collections and has. I have submitted a Consumer Complaint with the Johnson County Consumer Protection Division, and am have submitted a dispute with the collection agency. On top of all of this, I believe I'm being taken advantage of because I live in a 55+ community and I'm a woman. Please do not do business with this company and help protect other consumer from being taken advantage of. No consumer should be expected to pay for good and services not received as requested. read more

This did not go well. What a misleading ripoff their service is. The problem I have is with the quote of the service. The quote was $61.86 to mow, trim and blow off surfaces. If the grass is over 8" there is "an additional fee". This is where I have a problem. The additional fee is double. When do you find out it's double? After they perform the work and they give you an invoice. Nowhere is that explained on the quote. There is also a $25 fee for a one time service. Doubling the fee is overly excessive. I don't care that they charge an extra fee but when they provide the quote it should be clearly stated that fee will be double. Had we known the fee was double we would never have agreed to perform the service. So a $61.86 quote turned into a $148.72 charge to cut and trim a small lot with a large home on it. This is a deceptive, misleading business practice. I would never recommend or use this business in the future! read more

Great lawn company. Customer service reps respond quickly by both phone and email. Competitive pricing. This year we had them do mulching, remove & replace a bush, and weekly lawn mowing. They mow, trim and clean up after themselves each week. You don't have to be home they just get everything done and bill you monthly. read more
