First world problems - no fireplaces, no kitchen sprayers or garbage disposals. If you can get past those - you will like it here. Parking does get tight - but one can reserve a garage or carport to mitigate the issue. Parking sucks at nearly every multi-unit community, whether owned or rented. The management here is fantastic. I have dealt with bad management - Tim and staff are awesome. Key Properties is also easy to deal with. You can walk to restaurants, C-Trans comes right by the complex, and you are super close to several grocery stores, hardware stores, and cinemas. I love it here.

After this recent manager was hired alot of people moved out which makes sense because all of this is just nonsense. Contacted the main office because of this rude/mean/disrespectfull manager and no response. She still works there and I feel bad for everyone who lives there. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX.

If you have only 1 family vehicle this wouldn't be a problem. But when you have 2 or more vehicle per apartment it seems like it's a struggle to find parking. This is big problem when the church next door is busy on Sunday. I think the Apartments visitor parking spaces should have time limits to how long someone can park there before they have to move and have to wait an amount of time to park there again. Some residents park their cars and never move them from the visitor spaces which makes it hard on others. Signs should be put up saying, 24 hour parking only then move or subject to tow reguardless of tenant or not. Your rent don't cover visitor spaces. You only get 1 free space with your apartment included in your rent. So visitor spaces can be towed. Other than the parking issues, this is a great place to live.

When a tenant called the manager... She stated that it wasn't a emergency. What is then? Wow! Several tenants have had mold issues along with things needing to be repaired. A lot of it is dealing with safety and utility issues. One tenant had complained about her refrigerator, that the manager had her get one out of a vacated unit to give her a working refrigerator. No maintenance is on staff. There are different rules for different tenants. Parking is hard to come by. We have a tenant that is selling vehicles out of the apartment complex , which he works on them and takes up parking spaces. We just recently had a sewer back u. Several tenants suffered sewer in their bath tubs, which the tenants cleaned it up. One tenant had it (sewer) go through his apartment. It has been 3 weeks and he still is living in the mess! Carpet and sheet rock is soaked with this sewer.

Unlike other reviews, our place was clean & we didn't have anything wrong upon move in besides the seal on the backdoor which got fixed before we even officially moved our stuff in. We were lucky that we lived on the side that had more parking & near our mailbox so that was never a problem. Lived here for 3 years & although we loved it things had changed from when we first moved in. We were targeted twice. Once for smoking, which we don't smoke. The person below us smoked on his patio & in his car which he parked right in front of the apartment. I mentioned this to management & I don't think anything was done because it went on for as long as we lived there. Secondly, we got an email about having a gas tank for our grill. We got rid our ours, yet there were many others who still had out on their patio/balconies as well. Clearly no fines or warning were given to them, otherwise they would've gotten rid of theirs too. Another thing was many dog owners did not clean up after their dog. I'd step in poop almost weekly especially during the colder/rainier months. But for all if us who did pick up theirs, which don't get me wrong there were a good amount that did because those trash cans filled up pretty quick. However they'd stay full for days, sometimes over a week. To the point where there are even piles of bags on the grass. Move in & move out was very seamless & management was always nice when we had questions they were always quick to answer. It just seemed like the longer we were there, the more rules there were. Like how we could no longer get big packages at the apartment. We'd have to go to main post office to get them. Besides that, we loved our place & our dog enjoyed meeting all the other dogs that lived in the complex.

Max, William, and others were exceptional and 2 years later we still love our home. Strongly encourage new buyers to work with them in house as opposed to outside Real Estate friends. Saved us about $6,000 and prevents adding another middle man in the process to get paid to "review paperwork" you can read for yourself. Their staff has good recommendations, knowledgeable, and communicated with us frequently. Be patient as things will come up as expected in any $500,000 build or project. They will take care of you and your family.

Where should I start, I'll just list…read more.. 1) started later than agreed to and finished way past the stated work timeframe 2) artificial turf, was not finished along the edges where the turf meets the mulch, I had another company come out and finish the turf 3) several plants have died while others right next to them have thrived which tells me they were not planted correctly or the drips are not near the plants roots. Also, when they plant they do not use any kind of soil amendment like most companies automatically include. 4) Edges of the turf have been consistently peeling up along the pavers, not sure if this is the high-quality turf I paid for or a cheap imitation, but I never had this happen on prior turf that I had installed that looked as good as new 6 years after it was installed 5) one of the irrigation low voltage lines was cut, and when this was pointed out to him, he stated I probably did it. He worked out a cheap workaround with a battery operated timer (not connected to the one in the garage) to get the backyard irrigation running. The junction box was not buried like it should be but left on top of the mulch with exposed wires. Valves stopped working about six weeks later and when I contacted him, he said it was not under warranty, but he could come out and repair it. I hired another company to come out and fix it, and they indicated that the work was some of the worst that they had ever seen. Speaking of irrigation, I have a leak somewhere as you can see in one of my photos where the water is still running and the drips are off and I have one area where the connection came apart and had to repair it myself. I'll be having the sprinkler company come out to bury the junction box, fix the leak, and fix the area where they connected the drip system to the sprinkler head. (Great company by the way) 6) as soon as he had finished the work he was demanding payment. He was contacting me repeatedly, and I felt his tone was somewhat hostile. I told him I wanted to check everything out before paying him and when I did, I found out that the irrigation in the back was not working. He still demanded payment stating he had workers to pay and I told him I wasn't going to pay until he fixed the irrigation. I agreed to pay him part of what I owed, and I would pay him the balance when the irrigation was working. A week later he did his "work around". 7) communication was very poor throughout the project. The six day project ended up taking over three weeks and was incomplete when I had family visit in town which he knew about prior to starting the job. These are just some of the reasons why I do not recommend this company in anyway . I've done a lot of renovations in the many homes I have owned, this is by far the worst contractor I've ever worked with.

Aaren scheduled us for a couple days after the storm for the clean up, his crew was here in time and did a fantastic job. Can't wait to bring them back in spring to relandscape the yard.
