No maintenance on site. Had ants dripping out of our ceiling fan and tjey sent orkin who came in for 2 mintes then left. He has had to come twice and still have an ant problem. Management is here from 9am till around 1pm but each days it changes but never past 1pm. The appliances are crap, the cupboards are so old the laminate on them is peeling off. I would gice this plave negative stars if i could. DO NOT RENT FRON THIS DUMP!!!

This apartment complex used to be a nice place to live. Not too long ago we had a stabbing in the…read moreapartment complex. That same weekend a murder across the street. When a tenant called the manager... She stated that it wasn't a emergency. What is then? Wow! Several tenants have had mold issues along with things needing to be repaired. A lot of it is dealing with safety and utility issues. One tenant had complained about her refrigerator, that the manager had her get one out of a vacated unit to give her a working refrigerator. No maintenance is on staff. There are different rules for different tenants. Parking is hard to come by. We have a tenant that is selling vehicles out of the apartment complex , which he works on them and takes up parking spaces. We just recently had a sewer back u. Several tenants suffered sewer in their bath tubs, which the tenants cleaned it up. One tenant had it (sewer) go through his apartment. It has been 3 weeks and he still is living in the mess! Carpet and sheet rock is soaked with this sewer.

Review update after 6 months of living here. To say I am disappointed is to say nothing. Be aware…read moreif you are going to move here! As I wrote here before we reserved HH apartment online for 7 months with future extension and we asked about quite and light apartment. As result- it's not quite at all as they have noisy air conditioning system. All these systems are very old, noisy and located just near the bedrooms. The buildings are very old and furniture is all covered with scratches. One door was damaged and and we had been waiting for 4 months till it was changed. The storeroom smelled with a dog urine it was nor possible to use it for 5 months. During this time I tried all traditional ways to get rid of this smell. But why the community managers provided this apartment for living without solving all the issues? Why we had to wait during 5 months and breath this smells? When it was snowing in January nobody ever cleared the snow on the sidewalks in the community and it was absolutely impossible to go our as the ice was everywhere. As result when the door was changed and the smell dissappeared we got a renewal letter from the community manager. And it is unbelievable but they increased price from $1900 to $2799 of early renewal and to $2 833 if we want to think more than 1 month. It's 45% increase!!! It's absolutely dishonestly. Where do they see this price increase in USA? As I understand they get you as a client and then when you moved with all your staff, use to the area they increase price dramatically. I don't trust these people any more. I want to warn everybody to be careful and avoid this community.

Unlike other reviews, our place was clean & we didn't have anything wrong upon move in besides the seal on the backdoor which got fixed before we even officially moved our stuff in. We were lucky that we lived on the side that had more parking & near our mailbox so that was never a problem. Lived here for 3 years & although we loved it things had changed from when we first moved in. We were targeted twice. Once for smoking, which we don't smoke. The person below us smoked on his patio & in his car which he parked right in front of the apartment. I mentioned this to management & I don't think anything was done because it went on for as long as we lived there. Secondly, we got an email about having a gas tank for our grill. We got rid our ours, yet there were many others who still had out on their patio/balconies as well. Clearly no fines or warning were given to them, otherwise they would've gotten rid of theirs too. Another thing was many dog owners did not clean up after their dog. I'd step in poop almost weekly especially during the colder/rainier months. But for all if us who did pick up theirs, which don't get me wrong there were a good amount that did because those trash cans filled up pretty quick. However they'd stay full for days, sometimes over a week. To the point where there are even piles of bags on the grass. Move in & move out was very seamless & management was always nice when we had questions they were always quick to answer. It just seemed like the longer we were there, the more rules there were. Like how we could no longer get big packages at the apartment. We'd have to go to main post office to get them. Besides that, we loved our place & our dog enjoyed meeting all the other dogs that lived in the complex.

(Ignore the name & location... I am in BG and live in the park.)…read more The law gives mobile home park owners far more authority than apartment owners and landlords of single family units. The infrastructure is incredibly old. No cable. Phone lines are so old that internet access through Century Link is very unreliable. According to owner, costs to improve are prohibitive and would result in significant rent increases which is the general response to many resident concerns - which petrifies just about everyone. Rents are increased every year, regardless of the economy. Even in the pandemic, deferred increases were included in every lease renewal and imposed once the rent restrictions were lifted, with rents going up significantly. There is little to no security. Staff are friendly enough, but you don't really know who they are -- they are hard to identify without uniforms or name tags. My eyesight is not great and I am not that good with faces, so this is can be a little scary. On a day-to-day basis, maintenance staff drives a very loud truck back and forth throughout the day, starting as early as 7:00 am. It is terribly loud and can be heard from several streets over. Owner is arbitrary and inconsistent when applying existing rules -- and often verbally amends them on the fly. Don't tell her anything personal, she has and will tell others. Additionally, when discussing issues, she will often preface a response with "I have talked to my legal department and..." using this statement but not actually producing code citations, evidence, or source to support claim or assertion. One might want to know these things if they are considering purchasing a home here. It is still a nice place to live and most of the neighbors are fine, usually minding their own business.
