The man that has groomed my dog for four years now is a nice guy. But he smokes like a smokestack. And the last two times I've been in there when I picked my dog up in the afternoon, there is so much cigarette smoke hanging in the air, that it about chokes you. I cannot get out of there fast enough. And I can only imagine what it does to the dogs lungs that are sitting there in crates, waiting to be groomed or to be picked up. The main guy does a pretty good job on my dog, but they've gotten a couple of new guys in there recently and they all three smoke!!! and it's been really bad. They have the best prices around that I've found, but they should charge even less if you have to risk smoke inhalation each time you go in there. I know it's the prerogative of the owners to allow smoking employees in the workplace, but they work with live animals, so I'm leaving my review. The last younger guy that cut my dog's hair, nicked his belly, which I know happens, but it never happened with the other guy. So all in all I'm gone. I put up with the smoke as long as I could. I won't be back.

After a few visits We began noticing that our dogs were bing crated while waiting for pick up....not crazy about that but understand things get busy. Due to ongoing concern and having to blow dry my dogs ears every time we return home, I asked nicely last visit, to "please make sure her ears are completely dry when you finish her up." When I picked the dogs up, To my dismay, I was informed as the staff removed her from a crate, that, "oh, her ears aren't dry." Duh! I specifically requested attention to her ears and their method was to crate her while she was still wet. The extra 5 minutes required to blow dry her ears was apparently too much. We're now battling an ear yeast infection and may end up with a vet bill in addition to the over priced adequate service. If you are the least bit picky or have a dog requiring actual attention to detail, look elsewhere. My dogs won't be going back, :(

He still has his wonderful personality but we are able to enjoy him so much more. We can work around the house while he stays in his "happy place," we can walk him without him lunging at other dogs, barking his head off, and he actually listens. Dog friendly patios are now an option and I just feel like a proud mom. Haha! Communication while he was at "college" was wonderful. We would get updates, pictures and videos every few days on his progress. When he came home she helped us set our boundaries and helped us become comfortable with the commands and calls.
