When Lily was called about their no-show she repeatedly DENIED ever SCHEDULING this appointment and refused to apologize besides. This is a HORRIBLY RUDE AND INSULTNG COMPANY. But my card on file had expired, and they had the audacity to ask for an updated one. And here's the kicker: they couldn't squeeze me in later in October because, apparently, their VIP membership club gets the red-carpet treatment.
