I've found Jared to be very knowledgeable about various rehabilitation techniques and effective in utilizing them. Through this he is able to develop a customized rehabilitation plan for his patients in order to achieve maximum results. In my particular case, this process has helped me exceed my recovery timeline and achieve milestones for motion, flexibility, and strength more quickly than anticipated. Jared, Penny, Kellie, Avril, Debbie, and of course Gus (the therapy dog), are quick to put a smile on your face while taking an active interest in helping patients achieve their goals. Luckily, I was saved by the Jedi Master of physical therapy, Tristin-Wan Kenobi, he was my only hope. Tristin-Wan used manual therapy and eased my inner Chewbacca tension. He guided me through exercises that felt like Luke's training on Dagobah--tough but transformative, and his encouragement was out of this galaxy. My son tore his rotator cuff and I wrecked my knee. As a result I am constantly needing physical therapy. Up until I discovered Highland Physical Therapy I never went to the same Therapist twice. But Highland Physical Therapy is only five minutes away. They cure what is wrong with me. This year while checking out the Swiss Alps I lost my sense of balance and became a "falls hazard." And I am again at Highland Physical Therapy.

I have the highest regard for the person who worked with me, Joni Vaughn-Powell, and will seek her out the next time I have a problem. The only hitch in my scheduled appointments happened when another client on site had a medical crisis that, I thought appropriately, took priority over me.
