Due to poor communication we turned on exterior security cameras for the last 5 days. We were shocked to find on the video footage to find that our dogs were being left inside the house for 8-12 hours! They were not walked like agreed upon as well as not being played with outside. When we called to ask questions about them being walked, she lied to us and said that they were. She didn't realize the outside security cameras capture everything with time stamps. Even more shocking was the front doorbell footage when we hear her boyfriend state that they won't be back until tomorrow and she agrees with him!! After many texts, she did return to the house at 12:03 that night. She left the next morning without even letting the dogs out for a morning pee. Just want to let everyone know that she has changed her business name from Raili's Pet-care to be Raili's Perfect Pets. Don't let this fool you, it will be the same horrible service to animals that can't tell you how they have been treated!!BV

Tried calling several times to cancel only to be told today I should have left a message cuz they don't answer the phone. When I replied that voice messages were forbidden received the reply that I should have left a message not stating it was for cancellation then they would have called me back!? Very rude and condescending, demanding $120plus!
