Forcing you to move even though your dog was accepted prior to Edward Rose hiring Out Pet Policy to handle pet documentation allowing you to have your dog and accepting the ESA legal letter. Ridiculous. Stay away!!! Our Pet Policy is illegally doing this to people who have legal verifiable documentation. With going with OPP Edward Rose is forcing people to move out of a community that they called home for which I did but no longer. The office staff/maintenance is great.

Hallways dirty and ashes and cigarette butts in the halls constantly in "no smoking commons areas". Partying in the halls. Structural issues. And they'd rather spend money to make it "look" nice vs paying to actually take care of things like pests or damage or security. They don't even have access to the cameras that they DO have on the property and need police involvement to see any footage. Yet most people here don't contact them out of fear of retaliation from neighbors or the "I'm not a snitch mentality" they hardly have the means for storage though the lease says there is storage available- it's dirty damp and the possibility of pests getting into your things is HIGH. was told soon moving in they even get roaches here and found dead ones when I moved in. Mold in the windows and walls. Busted trim that just falls off. Years of nicotine drips down the walls when it's hot despite layers of sticky cheap pain on everything. Paint so sticky my things literally stick to the walls and it's torn boxes and busted a jewelry box I've had since childhood because the paint made it so stuck to the shelf in the closet that it has to be pried off to move it. No closet doors. No coat storage. Poor repair jobs. Gang activity. If you could name something to be wrong with a place it's got it going on! -100/10 do NOT bring your children to live here! We could always depend on them. Then the complex was sold to a new owner (about a month after we had signed a lease with the old owners) Feldman Real Estate. I have to say they are crooks. They charged us for keys that were returned and a door that was damaged when we moved in under the old owners. It was suppose to have been fixed and I'm sure it would have been had they not gotten rid of Jace a month after we moved in. I made many attempts to recover the missing security deposit, having to call the Milwaukee offices. They lied about when our keys were returned and the door damage was an instant write off for me as I was in Arizona and didn't have in move in slip. I realize 166.00 is not a huge amount but the fact that we were never late on rent and left the unit better than when we moved in makes it the principle to me. In my eyes it shows the type of owners they are. I have always said great things about these apartments but not anymore. If you do move in, take pictures, document every service call and make sure you have records for everything if you intend not get ripped off when you move out. It's very sad I can't continue to recommend these apartments to other friends. however this real estate company has made it impossible to give a good review.
