The facility is quite large, has extended care and also rehabilitation. The meals are good and the facility is really clean. I thought the rooms were quite spacious and there are plenty of public spaces to hang out with family. The most important point is that it seems quite safe and professionally managed. All of the doors out of the building require a code to get out, and there are many memory care safeguards in place. The staff seems well trained with lifting patients and performing treatments. I thought everything was really well managed. We are glad to have our family member here and would recommend it anytime.

I had a poor attitude about my chances for being mobile. The way they work you, teach you and become your friends is outstanding. They helped me to change my outlook, work hard and do extra when possible. I would recommend Harmony 100% for anyone in need of skilled nursing care, physical and occupational therapy, residence care or any other available services. It is actually very sad that Pivotal Health hasn't gotten more involved with these obviously important issues! They know what's happening at CRV, but have also turned a blind eye to it as well.
