According to the manager, there is NO cleaning service in this area that he can recommend, and I guess that means that regular cleaning is just not good enough... Moving out of another rental one year ago I purchased the move-out cleaning through the rental office ahead of time for $120 with the understanding that they would perform an adequate job. Apparently, the hourly cost of a cleaner is $55 (!) as given in the writeup I received from Mammoth management. I will update this post after I get my bill. I previously posted that the management tried to make me pay for an additional month claiming that I had signed a contract that said I would rent for 13 months; however, higher management finally agreed that my lease was for 12 months. No explanation or apology. Parking remains an issue in the townhouse area, as people park in the common lot instead of in their garages or driveways, and "guests" come in on weekends to use the pool. Consequently, you may not be able to park your car in the area on weekends. Management promised to designate parking for each unit but that has not happened.

Also forget about your security deposit if you end up here, you will be told everything is good at the time of move out and then all of sudden you will receive itemized bill for cleaning at 2.5 times market rates and damages which never occurred, they wil charge you for even re painting the walls which they are supposed to do for next tenant. Its been more than 3 months and I am still struggling to get my security deposit back .
