The $1400 deductible came out on a different claim. My insurance company said I only owed $560. Edgewood appealed the claim. These people won't even give me back my deductible. Rude billing person Dana, said if they adjust the claim my balance would change. I agree it could change my coinsurance but not my deductible. If they already had me pay the expected coinsurance then there shouldn't be a problem returning my deductible. I've been getting charged interest on this for 5 months now. I have bills coming at me like crazy and these mofos are holding $3500 of my money.
