I've recently been there a minute to UPMC Horizon Shenango and I mean out of all my times have ever…read morebeen admitted to a hospital this has been the biggest disgrace and the worst I have ever felt in my entire life.. not a nurse last night her name is Rochelle and after working with pain management and doctors here at the hospital and they had such a great system put together to help me with recovery from my phone and Rachelle refused to do with pain management and fair Hospital doctor said to do and after the payment with her she had a doctor was on call for last night come down and discuss it I mean that doctor we discussed and she said yeah that's how we would write it up for pain and so she went out to talk to her and then she got ready left and Rochelle was supposed to have got this all taken care of the medicine given after an hour of suffering and hurting so badly I I told them if they cannot do the job that they're hard to do just give me my energy drink let me get ready and I'll walk out the door and all the stuff or somewhere else so they had the lady doctor come back down in another guy and the guy asked me if I found you a new nurse and got your medicine weed you stay and I said yes so he did that he got me another nurse and got me the medicine all because he couldn't make Rochelle do her job these nurses get paid good money to do only the jobs they want to do they don't do the jobs they're supposed to do so on top of that I suffered all night and then Michelle this morning even though she wasn't my nurse or anything she's she's discussing it with the nurse that was coming on everything that happened last night when she had no business cuz she was not my nurse at that time so she should not have discussed it with anybody but she did and then I've had no other problems I've had to call gas relations I've had to call the people in charge of them nurses I've had to put a paddle every which way and I finally I'm done and me I told the lady from the nurse in church of the nurses that if it meant coming back here or laying at home and bleeding to death I would prefer to lay it home and bleed to death instead of coming here and deal with disrespect from Michelle and that's just like I thought I said Rochelle better not walking here tell him I'm gone she is not working around me I mean she's she lies she's deceitful and she's arrogant so just don't if you have a chance to go anywhere besides Fair hospital do so because this is not a place you really want to bring you or your family

Dr. D'Auria is a top rate Dr. He has been my Doctor for 30 years. He is very thorough and…read moreattentive to issues. If someone is going to find it, it's Dr D'Auria. His staff has stayed with him over the years and speaks highly of how they are treated which says A LOT about a Doctor. The hospital staff says the same. He is one of the only doctors who shows up at the hospital to check on you. I'm not sure how he does it. His staff is equally as kind. Through the years he has sat next to me to comfort me as I sobbed and has put his hand in my forehead to pray for me. His staff returns calls promptly and never makes you feel like a hindrance. Everyone in his office is truly appreciated by me. Thank you to all of you. Dr Porter has been on call and was also patient and helpful.

After two referrals from a doctor's office and six messages left with them, still no return phone…read morecall! We currently use them for some therapy. Our doctors office sent two referrals regarding palliative care. My wife left three messages to get information and scheduled and I also left three messages to get scheduled. After weeks, we finally contacted the doctors office to let them know, we had to find someone else because patriot will not call us back. The doctors office contacted them again and they were informed they no longer offer for palliative care. Why couldn't they take one minute to return our phone call to let us know? They are working with vulnerable people who need help and they don't have the courtesy to call back.

Now I just have to do outpatient therapy to strengthen my knee with physical equipment. Their team of nurses & therapists are very professional, encouraging, conscientious, compassionate, and always on time. They were also very flexible about my time schedule, as mornings were next to impossible for me. They would call to check up on me and make sure that I was doing okay, as well as having a 24 hour phone access if I ever had any problems. I can't say enough about Randy Williams, who was my therapist the entire time. Not having a different therapist each visit made a huge difference. He was so encouraging and patient while pushing me to improve and reach my goal, but also making sure that I wasn't in pain while doing so. He never left my home until I had an ice pack on my knee to reduce swelling. I was sad to see him leave when his job was done. Thank you Patriot for making a very daunting time in my life bearable. I wish I could give you more than 5*, your team deserves it.
