This interesting place is a restaurant and butcher shop. The restaurant specializes in preparing the various beef cuts that they sell in their butcher. They also have a full bar and also sell some related items in a gift shop (barbecue sauces, hot sauces, salt, and some locally produces liquors). We only visited the butcher shop, but also interacted with the hostess and the cashier (who doubles as a salesperson in the gift area). Everyone seems well-trained and are interested in trying to educate you about their products, their menu and their cuts of beef. I really tip my hat to the manager or whoever is in charge of training the staff here, because they really did a great job.
