Super rude, and so many verbal rules here, most of the rules they have aren't even real rules they are just verbal warnings with spineless meaning. No backbone. First mistake they made was sending us out on the lake with NO GAS! They legit gave us a boat to go get stranded with... Then they tried to fix it after we came back by giving us a whole new bait, just to find out that it has problems as well with starting. We had to have spent over $1000 and yet they told me I wasn't allowed to use the fire pit because I didn't have a cottage. If I rent a 2 boats and spend all that money I feel like I should be allowed to use an empty fire pit sitting there with nobody using it. Honestly never going back to this establishment again, to be treated like that and spending all that money is unreal!

Website states the Ultimate Comfort and Beautiful and Well maintained Pontoons. I found this place on line and thought it looked nice and it was not too far from home I told my friend and he reserved a Pontoon for 12 people. Upon arrival the resort and cottages looked nice BUT when it came time for the Pontoon we were all really let down. All the Newer Pontoons we were told were not working and the mechanic hadn't showed up since he was called on Friday August 10th, 2018. That is the day my friend reserved on his credit card the Pontoon so the person booking us knew the Newer and cleaner Pontoons were NOT working BUT did not mention it at all. The Pontoon we were told we had to use or lose our reservation deposit was really old and each and every seat had rips on it, the carpeting had NOT been vacuumed or swept for at least a week and it had cobwebs all over it. I asked to see if we could at least get a discount on the price before we went out trying to make the best of the situation as the Lake looked beautiful. We were told by Staff No discount would be allotted also that " Would you rather have a Pontoon that works OR one that looks good BUT leaves you stranded out there ". The rest of the day was NICE being out on the lake EXCEPT for the occasional Spider or cobwebs falling on us as the Pontoon itself was filthy. My advice to you If you DO plan on attending this Fish and Rest Resort make sure its clear to Staff when booking you want a Newer and cleaned Pontoon. Asif SHAIKH Toronto Ontario

Turns out I fell in love with a suit that didn't come in my size. Linda quickly looked online and ordered my size right away. The service was unbelievabl! We also take our sled in for regular service and have never had any issues!

Having said that, the framer who G&B chose to do almost all of the work on our project was sub-par. He had a crew of two including himself to completely frame, roof and finish, exterior and interior, of a 1600 sq foot work space. This "crew" would not show up for days, worked at an incredibly slow pace, left materials outside that became water damaged and their workmanship was not acceptable. We voiced our concerns to the site manager for G&B many times, as well as both owners, but nothing was done to rectify this during the build. In fact we were repeatedly told things would improve, time frames would speed up and larger crews would be brought in. This never happened. We felt we were not a priority. The saving grace was the other sub-trades were excellent particularly the electrician and HVAC teams.
