I took the vehicle in for my first service this week. The service center was really helpful and made sure I got in before my service pass expired. The waiting area is really nice as well. Plenty of drink and snack options and I was able to get some work done. This would be five stars, but I'm still confused on what service was included with my purchase. I was under the impression that I had a number of included oil changes, but they told me I had none showing on my account when I scheduled my appointment. When I took it in, they said I had one more on my account in addition to a service pass. I'm still not clear on what is included, but I had a great experience so I would probably go back.

When I got there, they tried to add a $30 fee to remove a non-exsistant drop in bed liner (pic of the one I removed myself attached) and another $30 fee to undo two screws that attache the cover. Both of which were never discussed. When I confronted the clerk he told me that I did have a liner in the truck. After my third time informing him I did not, I asked him if he thought I was lying. He finally took off the extra $60 no discuss in this service. He basically treated me like a liar. ALSO - HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK - and I asked him why and he said it was his right. When the trunk was inspected, it was discovered that the liftgate had not been fitted properly, causing uneven gaps and a misaligned closure. Additionally, when I picked up the vehicle after the repair, the badging on the car was incorrect. I asked the shop to replace it, but during the replacement they dented the piece, leaving two palm-sized dents visible. The exhaust pipes had also been repaired but were noticeably crooked. When I brought this up at pickup, I was told that it was "normal." Later, when the bumper was removed during further inspection, it was discovered that the vehicle had sustained frame damage that had been repaired. Despite the shop communicating weekly during the repair process, very little detailed information was provide regarding the progress of repairs from July-August 2025. After a re-inspection and evaluation of the work that had been performed, it was ultimately determined that the vehicle was a total loss and should have been declared totaled after the initial accident. Overall, due to poor workmanship and the issues discovered after the repair, I would not recommend this location.
