He told me $20... this weekend they have a 50% off sale. I said even with the 50% my price would be $20?? He proceeded to tell me YES! With an attitude as if he didn't want to be bothered. But what he didn't know Is that I had the price list already pulled up. The website states that a radio with cd is $25.29!!!! So with the 50% discount that would have amounted to $12.65!! Plain and simple this is an auto parts store. On a recent trip I asked what I thought were very basic questions about automotive fluids and the gentleman behind the counter while very nice and polite, could not answer a question that could have a very large impact on the health of my vehicle. After a few minutes another associate got free and we hammered out an answer that I was comfortable with. On another occasion I went in looking for a replacement bulb and the guy referred me to the dealer. I was on my way out when I saw the bulb in question on the rack, when I asked if it was the same bulb he replied "I'm not sure but if it doesn't work you can return it." Some would call this a reasonable solution, the problem was I didn't drive the car I was working on to the store, if it was the wrong bulb I would have wasted 45 minutes, thankfully it was the right one. GO ELSEWHERE! Hour oil change turns into 3 hours. When I came to get car after 90 minutes I'm told…read morethey didn't do the oil change because "they don't have the right tool." I then complain about not being called to tell me they can't do it. They claim that they called me over the intercom in the store, despite knowing that I wasn't staying there because I had gone to lunch at a place they recommended! After I complained about not being called on my cell phone to tell me they can't do it, they now say that they can do it. Probably using a flathead to bust off the oil cap. To make matters worse, as I came in the shop the folks ahead of me were complaining that they were told their tires were in but were sold to a prior customer. That should have been my warning sign. Manager Nick is a complete uncaring jerk. "I had a couple of folks call in" was his excuse to another guy that's been waiting 3 hours for an "hour" oil change. There was no apology from him. Just a flippant response as he walked away. As I said, GO ELSEWHERE.
