I then watched him be much kinder and more helpful to other customers. I hate to think it was because of the color of my skin, but the difference in treatment was clear. When I asked about the company's policy, Joe's response was simply, "Google it." That is completely unprofessional and not how customers should be treated. Based on my experience and the many other negative reviews, this place seriously needs to investigate its customer service practices. I've never been treated so poorly at a business.

I have had more problems with the car than before the motor went out. I'm not sure what they did but I know it wasn't quality work, it runs out of oil so fast now after an oil change and just sounds horrific ever since. I even called them and told them it was acting funny, so I figured they would look into it since I had a so called warranty on the work. Not to mention I'm missing bolts that I know were there before and even told them that. Took my car back up there before warranty ran out and all they did was an oil change instead of trying to fix the problem, and still missing bolts like they didn't even listen to me when I told them. Still having massive problems with rebuilt motor but I'm just supposed to deal with it I guess. I know it was just a rebuild but I feel like I should have gotten better service for$3600. What a waste of money, will never go back here again. Just when you think you can trust someone they make your car worse than it was originally and not trying to make it right at all. Would 100% not take your car here they will get over on you and then there is nothing you can do about it apparently. So disappointed in the quality and now I'm out of a car after only a year. Wow!!

Do not trust this service department. Brought my 2013 Highlander in for an AC issue and a burning…read moresmell (RO #449503, 6/11/26). They came back saying the engine was seized and quoted me $9,827.89 -- including $8,669.69 for a used engine replacement -- telling me it needed to happen immediately. Their own multi-point inspection sheet checked "Coolant" as OK/filled that same visit. I got a second opinion instead of paying almost $10K. The actual problem was a bad water pump and a dead battery -- the coolant system was completely empty, which is likely what caused the overheating in the first place. Total repair, done properly with a coolant/cylinder combustion test to confirm the engine itself was fine: $2,000. That's a $7,800+ gap between what they quoted and what it actually cost to fix -- for an engine that was never the problem. Either their tech never actually checked the coolant and just checked the box, or they saw it was empty and quoted me a new engine anyway instead of telling me the truth. I've also brought my wife's car here for routine maintenance and now have no idea if that work was ever actually done. Get a second opinion before you approve anything here -- get everything in writing
