The local management is only concerned about money, not providing quality caregivers. They sent…read moreuntrained employees to my aunt's house and noted orientation on their invoice but charged for every hour. There was no orientation. Basically left the caregivers to figure out what to do. When one caregiver didn't bother showing up, one of the managers came and stayed with my aunt but did nothing to help her. Guess they didn't want to lose out on billing 6 hours @$25 per hour. Where does one find caregivers who are trained in how to help a patient, who actually want to help a patient, and who are consistent without the agency sending different people because of turnover? One so called caregiver actually yelled at my aunt because my aunt didn't have bottled water at her house. Good thing I wasn't there as I would have booted her out the door! Wish family could be there 24/7 but all of us work. Caring senior service deserves a zero rating.

Called again today after they sent the bill to collections because "I had not talked to them" and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and told me that she did not have any record that I had talked to them. By the end of the call she found a note saying I had called and that she would correct the bill. It should not take a year and a half to get a bill corrected nor should someone from customer service start the call by being rude to a caller. If you have any other option, take it because they are horrible to deal with.
