I arrived for my 3 o'clock appointment with my two daughters as my husband ended up having to work and I didn't won't to bother the sitter on the weekend at such short notice. When we entered the waiting area we were the only patient with family there. Another lady had just went back as we were walking thru the door. Thank God. Being that I had my two year old and I knew she'd be hard to keep quiet or still. I always take others into consideration when I'm receiving a service or treatment and I have my kids with me. Moving on..... The beautiful young lady at the front desk, greeted me professionally, explained to me about the my forms to fill-out, gave me all my documents and later offered my two year old crayons and a coloring book. That was greatly appreciated. Now on to the best part, I finally met the person that was going to perform the breast exam. Please listen, SHE WAS AMAZING! Her expertise was one thing. On the other hand, her personality, professionalism, thoroughness, and cleanliness is something I've never seen before. Not all in one person. I work in healthcare and have been for 17 years! And that's why I'm so grateful of my experience with ELFP Imaging Center. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She answered all my questions. Her work area appears to be sterile, clean, sanitized and fully stocked. Her humor and personality is what's needed in such field of work. I remembered telling her, "your resume could have said you received your training at school of ABC 123, it would not have even mattered." "The way you interact with patients is something that could not be taught in school or books. That's a gift you're born with and SHE GOT IT! Kudos to ELFP for hiring such an amazing person. She's definitely a great addition to any team! You could not have hired a better individual for this position. She could check my breast anytime! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. On another note: I had to call regarding my results. It was one day shy of being two weeks and still no results. Anyways, I sent an electronic message via the app and a nurse did reach out to me. They won't the phone for my results. I chose a better call more caring Medical Center to go to and now they won't answer the phone so that I can get my MRI results transferred. They answer the phone once because they thought I was a new patient that wanted to make an appointment but when I told them I was calling to get my MRI results to my chiropractor, they transferred me to a voicemail and now not answering the phone. Please do not go to this place for imaging and do not go to regional medical care as well. Their pain management specialist is very dry and he won't explain the process of pain management. He actually tried to make me just sign a paper before he did my procedure. I felt very uncomfortable and I asked a few questions and he told me he don't think I should have this procedure with the attitude. He is a white tall, gay man with a nasty disgusting attitude. I don't recommend these places for any type of business. I would rather go to hell and suffer my pain internally, eternally before I ever had to visit these facilities again. Just DONT. Did not trust this facility or the regional medical center in Sandy Springs, Georgia. And they wonder why they don't have a lot of clients. Their office is always empty.... Treat people with respect and common courtesy and maybe people will trust them and they will have consistent business.

My mother (a patient of Dr. Gianoli for the last 5 years) had an appointment with Dr. Gianoli at…read more11:30 am. There is typically a 15 min. grace period, during which, my mother arrived at 11:35; for this reason, My mother was advised that Dr. Gianoli was unable to see her. I understand the importance of being timely for appointments, my grievance is that upon arrival, there were at least three patients waiting to be seen, indicating that my mother would have had to wait at at least 15-30 mins. before being seen (the typical wait time is 45 min. to an hour at this office). This being considered, why not accommodate the patient. Furthermore, on multiple occasions, including this appointment, my mother has been scheduled with the wrong provider. In fact, this appointment was a reschedule due to my mother being scheduled with the nurse practitioner, in error, as opposed to Dr. Gianoli. My mother has been in excruciating pain following a motor vehicle accident, this appointment was to review the MRI findings and recommended treatment options... The MRI was completed 2weeks prior and my mother (76 yrs old) had to wait until today for the appointment only to be turned away because she was 5 mins. late. To add insult to injury, my mother fainted while at the front desk due to being upset about not being able to be seen (she'd been looking forward to the recommended treatment options after being in excruciating pain as she doesn't tolerate pain meds well) Dr. Gianoli NEVER stepped out to ask about my mother's wellbeing. Based on the poor experience with the staff and Dr. Gianoli, my mother and I DO NOT recommend this office for care. Find another provider who actually cares.

After signing on the kiosk, the front desk attendant will call you up to ask for form info. This took about 15 - 20 minutes waiting. I came in for a blood draw (routine testing). There is a restroom & water available. The kiosk estimated the wait time to be 2 hours & 25 minutes. It was not. I received a text message when it was time to be seen. They called multiple people at once so this made wait times much shorter. I was in & out in under 1 hour. The phlebotomist was very nice & caring.
