I arrived for my 3 o'clock appointment with my two daughters as my husband ended up having to work and I didn't won't to bother the sitter on the weekend at such short notice. When we entered the waiting area we were the only patient with family there. Another lady had just went back as we were walking thru the door. Thank God. Being that I had my two year old and I knew she'd be hard to keep quiet or still. I always take others into consideration when I'm receiving a service or treatment and I have my kids with me. Moving on..... The beautiful young lady at the front desk, greeted me professionally, explained to me about the my forms to fill-out, gave me all my documents and later offered my two year old crayons and a coloring book. That was greatly appreciated. Now on to the best part, I finally met the person that was going to perform the breast exam. Please listen, SHE WAS AMAZING! Her expertise was one thing. On the other hand, her personality, professionalism, thoroughness, and cleanliness is something I've never seen before. Not all in one person. I work in healthcare and have been for 17 years! And that's why I'm so grateful of my experience with ELFP Imaging Center. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She answered all my questions. Her work area appears to be sterile, clean, sanitized and fully stocked. Her humor and personality is what's needed in such field of work. I remembered telling her, "your resume could have said you received your training at school of ABC 123, it would not have even mattered." "The way you interact with patients is something that could not be taught in school or books. That's a gift you're born with and SHE GOT IT! Kudos to ELFP for hiring such an amazing person. She's definitely a great addition to any team! You could not have hired a better individual for this position. She could check my breast anytime! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. On another note: I had to call regarding my results. It was one day shy of being two weeks and still no results. Anyways, I sent an electronic message via the app and a nurse did reach out to me. When I arrived at 8:15 am for my 8:30 appointment, the office was locked. I called the office…read morenumber and a lady answered and said she was at the traffic light and would be there shortly. When she arrived, she unlocked the office door and we walked in. She had to tape the lock on the door in order for it to stay unlocked. There was furniture, but nothing on the walls; no credentials; no computer; no paper on the desk and no printer. This lady opened a cabinet door and retrieved a "Med Cross" sign that she taped on the front door. Once I completed the paperwork that she gave me, she gathered the paperwork and put on her coat. She said she would return shortly and left with my paperwork. I realized that she was headed to a trailer parked in the parking lot. Long story short, the MRI was being conducted in a trailer outside. No one ever mentioned that this was a mobile MRI office. The office did not have signage, and made me feel like these people were ready to close shop at the drop of a dime. I did not feel like this office was legit. I politely thanked the lady and left without a MRI. I explained how uncomfortable I was with the office, MRI trailer, etc. and she did not seemed surprised. Use these people at your own risk.

The Dr explained all results with fidelity and dispensed medication that helped alleviate the symptoms. Also, the pharmacy was open at 10PM, so we got his prescriptions filled on premises. They even have a small vending machine area to get a snack. (Though if possible pack a sandwich or snack if you're staying with a loved one and a jacket!)

Another assistant tell me that they x-ray on my child's chest. I knew nothing about. never told me nothing about it so after about 7 1/2 hours by being there, I'm thinking they don't have Covid. They don't have the flu. My is old. He comes over here now. He have Covid. The doctor call me to me my son tested positive for CovidAugust 29. So why would the doctor come in my room and tell me they were negative on August 20 my dad had I am so mad so upset so somebody need to check into it or reach out to me and give me some kind of explanation explain something now I see why they keep getting stuff wrong and it's on I am so mad so disappointed.
