I've been coming to med diet for years now. Since the old location on Archibald and Riverside Dr. Wonderful staff at that time. They are now at a new location, so of course I decided to follow. I was (not) greeted by their provider named Victoria. She has absolutely no clue what customer service is and is extremely rude. I didn't catch the name of the young lady at the front desk, but she wasn't any nicer as I was explaining my situation regarding my medication. Ashley saved the day for me. Wonderful customer service. She listened and understood and resolved which is what running any type of business requires. Victoria seems to forget (or doesn't care) that we come into your business for assistance, and even though it's just a few moments of picking up medication, your rudeness matters! There is no excuse for it. She needs to stay in an office and have no contact with the public if she doesn't care about people. Sadly, It's time to look for a new place. Excellent staff. From the front desk to the doctors. If you feel like some of the pills are not working you can let them know and they won't give it to you. Lost 16lbs in the first month. Have to have strong will and stick to it. My goal was to lose the lbs and be able to run after my 2 year old without huffing and puffing. I like the nurse practitioner but I do not like how rude one of the front office medical staff ladies is. She, for the most part, has bad days and she is rude. I don't know her name but she is the skinny Latin person that I know has a little girl and a boy and she dyes her hair in lighter tone. No customer service skills. read more

I usually go to the office in Rancho Cucamonga because it is close to work but I live closer to this office so I have been to this location a couple of times too. The girl who works at the desk here is a sweetheart and when she gives shots it does not hurt. She told me she has special training to draw blood and give shots. I have seen different doctors or PA's the times I went but they were both very nice. I lost 23 pounds in three months and kept it off and I probably would have done better if I did everything they said to. The prices here are the same as Rancho but the parking lot is much larger. I recommend MeD Diet to all my friends and coworkers who want to lose weight. It really works. read more
