Religiously, when we get to window, we are told some prescriptons are ready,some are not! We are told to go to back of line! Why were we told they were ready? Obviously,Manager (or maybe Pharmasist ) are happy with the rude employees at window (same at the counter). NOW we have learned they close the pharmacy for lunch hour! Remember we are from out of town, which by time we get to Sapulpa, is around lunch hr. Yep! We believe employees deserve lunch hr! So, NOW we must twittle our thumbs till they get back (in extreme heat) ! (Now we set at window through lunch ( now we are hangry!) to find out we must go to back of line! When we finally return BACK to the window, THREE employees are standing IDLE at the window! Could they not stagger lunch for one employee, at left lane (like most caring businesses), closing counter,putting a cone at right pick up lane (maybe a large sign in right lane 'Right lane reopens after lunch'(nearer to parking lot). For Goodness sakes this a Pharmacy...... not a a flower shop, people are depending on their prescriptons.....Yes Walgreens keep prices lower, YET, come on, step up to the plate , give fair dependable cust. service! Will never use them again, I went in the first day and was told they didn't have it but it would be in the next day so I asked if they could call me when it was because I live 30 min away. Didn't get any call and had to be there on Friday so I went in to check, I was told it wasn't there and she didn't know when it would be. Was not in the least bit concerned about helping me. She was rude and didn't even finish our conversation she just acted like I wasn't there. So I waited until Monday and called, it would only let me leave a voicemail so I did and got no call. I called again on Tuesday, left the voicemail and was called a bit later. I explained it all to her and she said it went through insurance and I said I told the first person I spoke to the first day that I was paying cash that I didn't want it to go through insurance. After a long hold another person says it was had been there and told me the price. She asked if I wanted it and I said yes that was what I originally said in the first place. I'm not sure why I had to go through all of that to get a prescription, especially if I'm just paying cash. Should have been an easy transaction but they made it extremely difficult and unpleasant. I would not recommend this pharmacy, makes me appreciate my Walgreens pharmacy in sapulpa. Never again!!!

I called insurance they said the code shows the error is with pharmacy they have either missing or incorrect information that they have to correct. After I told Jessica what insurance said she then said that's what she told me and that is not true she blamed the insurance and said they are working on someone else prescriptions I asked why are they not working to correct mine instead of blaming my insurance. I paid for the prescription she never tried to correct it for me. The pharmacist did not go over the prescription with me at all didn't tell me dosage and number of days or anything and not to mention once I made it home I opened the bag with the prescription in it they also forgot to put a syringe in there

We rarely need or buy drugs. They do have retail items; clothes, jewelry, cards, rustic decor, etc. I took the kids in to buy a few Christmas presents. Lines of 10 to 15 people with only one clerk is not uncommon . They truly do not care . My recommendation would be to avoid at all costs
