In particular before hiring them, they Jerome with whom we had regular contact, was very responsive. That was the deciding factor before hand for us. Some companies didn't even return our calls. He asked us to count the HVACs, send photos of the units and their returns, and count the returns etc in each room of the home. This helped him to provide a cost and time estimate for the job. He assured us that no matter what that would be the max of the cost then. On the day of the job, he was timely, courteous, professional. This kind of service is very personal as they need access to the entire home, and Jerome treated our entire home very kindly. He gave us a breakdown of what to expect - because of some of the accordion style vent materials he would have to use more delicate means to prevent puncture. This would mean that getting things 100% clean is not likely. At this point I asked if we hired their services each year or more regularly if that would help, and he said it wouldn't. He recommended every seven years - it was an opportunity to mislead us but he didn't. Throughout the two full days of work, he was always straightforward, professional, and trustworthy. He cleaned up after himself as well. Furthermore, our home is a mess with three little boys scattering toys everywhere - he handled it all in stride. The cost, for a 4500 sq ft home, 3 hvacs, etc home, which took 2 full days of work was $1700. Then they provided a 10% discount for us as Mayo employees. We provided a tip above and beyond for our gratitude for his exceptional work. We are very happy with his work through the whole process.
