The website even gave a link to the Florida government's official form for underage piercings which needs to be notarized, so that made it super easy to print and get notarized. I didn't realize we needed an appointment, but when we showed up clueless they were very accommodating and got us right in. Also, Chris, our piercing artist was great with my daughters (ages 12 and 13) and handled their concerns and fears with ease and made them feel very comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience and if we lived here, this is the only place we'd consider for piercings.

Sketchiest Man ever would not recommend mark at all for a tattoo. Something I would recommend is the artist talks about pricing before putting the tattoo on your body because we had no idea what we were paying for.

we came for the friday the 13th sale, that lasted the WHOLE WEEKEND! Ended on "Sunday the 15th at…read more10pm." Myself, my girlfriend and my best friend arrived to the shop at 8:40 PM! We walked in excited expecting we were getting piercings, they asked how they can help us and we said we were there for the sale. They proceeded to tell me that the sale was over and i asked well it says 10PM? they said that they were tired and done for the night and i told them i completely understood. The girl behind the counter with red hair then PROCEEDS TO SAY "That's the price you got to pay for waiting last minute." I was astonished with that comment, i even turned around to look at my group. I said "wow okay." We turned around and walked out. OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR, i said to my group "..Then why say you're doing a sale til 10 PM." then the other girl with a short curly bob then proceeds to scream and fly out the door and yell at us. She said "You fucking tattoo your back for 10 hour straight and tell us how your fucking back feels." i turned around and i said "excuse me what is your problem?." she continued to say that i was the one that had a problem and im the one at a lost. i continued to tell her that's extremely rude and unprofessional, they are the ones loosing sales. i told her nobody was getting tattoos, just piercings. Then i proceeded to tell her that she's extremely rude and there was no reason to speak to us like that. that they failed to update their policy and that they are out of pocket for treating me like that when it was their fault. i understand the situation of being tired and everything but other people have jobs as well. But it doesn't kill to make one post on instagram saying that you're done for the night. i made a complaint to the owner of both stores. and the receptionist said that this isn't the first time they have had complaints in the past month! wild behavior!

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. Chris did my original piercing, took the time to explain everything, used implant-grade titanium jewelry, and gave very detailed aftercare instructions, which helped me feel confident and safe. Over a month later, one of my piercings fell out (my fault--I adjusted it when I shouldn't have), and I was fully prepared to give up on piercings forever. Chris was able to use a taper and fix it with no problem at all, and I was so relieved and grateful. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be back in a few weeks/months for more piercings. If you've had trouble with piercings in the past or feel nervous, this is definitely the place to go.

The black leather couches and ceiling flat screen television were welcoming touches. Parking was okay. I was going there to deliver dinner to my husband, who was getting work done (NOT to get a tattoo). He has been going there the last two years for tat work.
