If these things are high on your list of needs then give them a call, they will take your money and do a shit job of mowing your lawn. I urge you to enlist their service during winter months too. You can expect a torn up lawn even when they have placed markers to avoid that very thing. By the time they say they will fix it, the grass will have grown back, but don't worry you'll still have the uneven ground to remember as a constant reminder. Do not bother contacting this company, don't waste your money. Praise be if you do. By far the worst lawn service and worst customer service. We hired Doug's Lawn Care to build a patio and garden area. We were very disappointed in the way…read morewe were treated throughout the project. We had to ask for correction for improper work. We felt like we had to be the General Contractor on the job because Doug was not often there. After discussing major stair issues, Doug corrected the problem. There were issued with hired help. There was one young man named Mike who, in my opinion, should have gotten all the money. He was the one that saved the job. We were told that our lawn would be restored to it's original beauty. We always prided ourselves with the beautiful lawn we had. They put down ply wood when I ask them to do something about the lawn being destroyed. They had ply wood down for 3 days and took away. They continued to dig up our lawn, and consequently it looks like an airport run way. Doug and his salesman continued to tell us that our lawn would be restored to its original state; BUT IT WAS NOT! Numerous calls and texts to him were not returned. Doug Henderson refused to even answer our calls or text messages. We would never recommend Doug's Lawn Care to anyone. We now have to hire someone to repair our Run Way. Nearly $40,000 was given to him. If this is how he treats all of his customers, I'm sure he'll be out of business at some point.
