Not being from the area, I relied on a friend of a friend recommendation. I hired Aurora Kirbo to handle this for me. While the paperwork was eventually filed, I found that Mrs. Kirbo lacked the compassion and empathy necessary to deal with a grieving family member who has never been thru the probate process. She did not keep me updated on the process and did not return phones calls. I had to call the office repeatedly to follow up and get my appointment with the judge scheduled. At the end of my appointment with the judge which was a very emotional day for me, I stood in the hall and waited for her while she stayed in the judges chambers to discuss football. When I had a follow up question after my filing was completed, it took me 3 weeks and 3 messages to get in touch with her and this was only because on my 4th time calling she happened to answer the phone. While to my knowledge the actual legal work was done correctly (hence the generous 2 stars) I would not recommend her or hire her again.

I initially contacted them to help with filing an uncontested divorce. I paid $400 for filing fees and everything and was told the papers would be done and emailed to me. As soon as they received the money they wouldn't answer the phone, had a full mailbox for messages, and didn't respond to emails for days upon days. Once I finally got the papers to sign I drove the 30 miles to the office to drop them off so they wouldn't be delayed any longer. I was told they would take 2 months max to have the final divorce order and I could move on with my life. That was in April. It's now August and I still haven't received anything and emails and calls go unanswered due to vacations. I finally got in contact with the office only to be told that it would be at least until the end of the month because it takes 31 days after filing. Although I gave the final signed papers in APRIL! I highly recommend spending your money anywhere else! These people are seriously in need of help and are extremely rude when you finally do get in contact with them.
