Received call 14 May 2026, from what sounded like pronounced Stef Morland, from prosthetics. She said a letter would be sent (it's only 7 mos late) ramp denied because not enough space available. They really went above and beyond to explain , his condition, procedures, medication etc. The ED nurses and doctors/ staff again fantastic. The ED was very busy with patients. He unfortunately had to stay in the ED overnight prior to getting a room at 3 south. They made sure he was as comfortable as possible and all needs were met. He also had to undergo a procedure, again fantastic care in short stay from all staff involved. They went above and beyond explaining what was happening. They also were wondering accommodating my 2 teenagers and myself. Every staff member had a smile from the bottom to the top. Very happy with his outcome and he is finally home resting!
