I scheduled about a month in advance and was eagerly awaiting my massage. They day of l, I receieved a text from a random number saying she had to reschedule my appointment because she was in the hospital due to her calories being low from starting a new weight lifting program. She was apologetic and rescheduled me for Monday. Then she texted me monday to reachedule again, hours before. Long story short this contiuined every few days and it's now a month later and I never received a massage. She became less and less apologetic each time she rescheduled. She told me the last time that she had someone else lined up in case she had to cancel again and then still cancelled and said that person couldnt either. I finally stopped wasting my time and had to do a trade in through groupon because they wouldnt issue a refund because it had been so long. I understand things come up in life and was more than understanding of the first few cancellations. But, it soon was just a waste of my time and energy and she never offered anyway to make it right.
