IF you are looking for some kind of treatment your insurance doesn't cover, this is the place for you! If you're just wanting an adjustment, move on. I couldn't see the doctor until I spoke with the office manager. She took 30 minutes to get to me as she was doing that treatment on some guy who said, "I really don't notice a difference when I leave" and then they chatted for about 10 minutes at the front desk. THEN she went in her office and eventually came to where I was to go over every possible way I'd have to pay if insurance didn't. I actually stood my ground for a change and kept reiterating that I wanted nothing that wasn't covered. They kept insisting it was a "Consultation" and used that machine on me anyway. The doctor did nothing except have me turn my head and poke on my back. He did tell the woman at the front desk as I was leaving that would be $79. The office manager did say they were going to put it through insurance first. Of course she also told me they were going to have to take a loss on my visit. Not. My. Problem. I feel as though it's kind of a scam. It's a "fancy" name and it's actually in an old house that's up for sale. I was supposed to go back the next day with my MRI disc and decided they were only going to find a way to try and charge me more than I should have to pay for a basic visit. I have been going to Dr. Palkowski for over 15 years because I have a chronic back issue. He can feel where the muscles are tight and hit the "hot" spots that relieves my pain. I am not a chiropractor regular, I have genuine fear of one of these guys messing up my back/spine. I have gone here with two different twisting/lifting lower back injuries. The pain was severe both times. Both times I walked out in less pain than I walked in. Dr. Greg is very kind and is an expert at identifying the source of the pain and fixing it. I could use regular adjustments, but can't afford them when I am in no pain. Would definitely recommend to even the biggest Frady Cats or skeptics. read more

I will NEVER NEVER will recommend this place! Everytime I keep going they will loose my patient files. The time I went back for my blood work they lost that too and I had to go get another one done. They didnt want to refund me 150 dollars that I didnt get to start the weight lost program. With the stupid excuses they pay for my blood work. Tell me how they pay for my blood work when they always lost my patient files and blood work results! And unperfersional the billing department lady on hang up on a patient. I have been going to chiropractors for years because preventive medicine is the best kind of medicine and Dr. Greg and his whole staff take that mentality to heart. Would NEVER recommend a patient to go to this chiropractor. I worked there for a short period of time, March - April of 2021, and he did not pay me the entire time that I worked there. He only paid me after I threatened him with legal action, and even then still did not pay me the full amount owed to me. He does not pay his employees and then lies to the patients about why the employees have left. I have no idea what he does with the money that he collects from the patients on a daily basis, but while I was there it was never used to pay his employees. While working there, he would leave the building while patients were waiting on the table for him and the front desk employees had to call him to tell him that he had to come back and actually see the patients that had requested him. This business is VERY unprofessional and I would suggest that anyone considering going there think again! read more
