They tell you they service Dallas, for instance, but the appointment has to wait until a technician decides to travel to Dallas. And once he leaves Dallas, that's it. I made a CONFIRMED appointment to service 2 power chairs in the Dallas area. The lady on the phone said it would be "next week" before a technician was up there. For some reason, I said ok. I gave them the full address of the assisted living location, with specific directions on how to find my parents. I told my parents it would be one day next week, which is no big deal to them as they rarely leave the facility anyway. Yesterday, I was in meetings all day and the technician evidently called before going to the appt. Because I wasn't available, they canceled the appt. Seriously? A call to the company confirmed their actions. No such thing as a confirmed appointment. They generalize their appointments and then call before going. You get one shot to "confirm" the appointment the day of, and if you miss it, tough cookies. They sweetly said they'd be back in the area in 2 weeks if I would like to reschedule. Are you kidding me? No, when I schedule an appointment I expect that appointment to be honored. Now I have a broken chair, with an upset parent, that will have to wait even longer for repair.

The first mask I sent fit perfect! I did need my machine adjusted and Sid called me back within 5 minutes and made the adjustments. Also asked me some questions based on the readings he saw and made a few more adjustments to my machine. I like that they can keep track of my process and let me know when adjustments need to be made. Everyone so far has been nice and helpful. Aftering using the machine for a week, my life has changed!! I have more energy, vision is better and I am not falling asleep everytime I sit down. Cannot believe I waited so long to be tested!!

Nicki was the respiratory therapist that explained how to use the Resmed machine and the mask, reviewing how to clean it, wear it, and when to expect replacements. It's set up as a 9 month rent to own. Most warranties are 2 years and any repairs are sent out to the manufacturer. There's a 30 day trial period for the mask, so if one of 3 styles doesn't work for you, you're able to exchange it for another. They also sell the SoClean machine for $379, as well as cpap pillows, cleaning supplies, etc. If you aren't "compliant " about using the cpap at least 4 hours out of 24 hours for a while, then the insurance won't pay for it.

I went to CVS to refill it only to find out they were out of stock and wouldn't have more until Monday. I told the sales person this was unacceptable that they had actually run out of stock on such an important item. I told her I would pick it up on Monday and left. I received a call shortly from pharmacist Gabriel Beidoe who had overheard our conversation. He had called another pharmacy and located the drug and had the pharmacist set it aside for me. It was not another CVS. Apparently several other pharmacies in town were also out. I want to recognize Gabriel and his personal attention to his customers. Thank You!
