Prices are drastically different, and customer service is condescending and often opportunistic with silly "inspection fees." Then there are the complete rip-offs that lack diagnostic abilities and should not be in business. I spoke with Jesse, who is honest, knows his business well, and doesn't need to resort to price gouging or surprise inspection fees. They repaired the car quickly and consulted with me before costing me a penny. Jesse gave me reasonable options and stood by his quote. He gave me an excellent detailed quote for repairs I will also need in the future. I'll never take my car to any other shop in West Texas.

Lee contacted me almost immediately after I requested services. Lee went to work diagnosing my problem as soon as he could which was pretty quick. He estimated the cost in detail and because I hired him for the job, he waived the diagnostic fee towards total cost. ( I had paid the fee then talked with my wife about the cost of the job, messaged him about the work and he was able get me back into his shop the next day) He did amazing work of the job and essentially got my cars system back up and running before I had to return to work for the weekend (summer days/killer heat) He worked with me on splitting my payment.
