Had x-rays taken and was told I would have the results in two to three days. It's now been five days and still no report. I sent them an email this morning and it's now the end of the day and I haven't received a reply. This is unacceptable. My family has used the Commack location of Medical Arts for decades and never had results take this long, regardless of the type of test. This was my first time at this Huntington location. They need a new receptionist, frankly she was rude and was no help what's so ever, I changed dentist and the last time I visited the dentist it was my previous dentist and I did not receive a referral for my wisdom teeth bc I had lost the previous one they had given me and I stopped going there bc they didn't do their job properly and anyway I was asking for a referral and the whole time she was being rude and raising her voice at me at times for not hearing what she said the first time and made it such an unpleasant experience, she got me mad and I gave her an attitude and hung up. I was not able to get the a simple referral, she was refusing to give me one even though I was already registered and I have yet to make it there and now I'm just going to change my dentist again because that was ridiculous. read more

As a long time consumer/patient for my mammogram at this facility; I am very disappointed about the Lenox/Hill change over. Trying to make an appointment had to wait on the phone for over 15 minutes to get to a call center & the representative was abrupt. I hung up & now years at the same facility & now Ill go somewhere else. Thanks for ruining Medical Arts Lenox Hill you conglomerate!!! read more

I went here to have an MRI for my daughter After confirming time/place earlier in the day I arrived and was told my appt was in another office...I will say the office manager was very nice and accommodating, she squeezed us in. BUT the MRI tech was obviously annoyed by her decision.. he was downright rude and unkind. It's uncalled for especially when dealing with a young person.. read more

I generally go to another testing facility that starts with ZP. Never had any issues with them but my doctor gave me script for Medial Arts. After the test, I went to register for the patient portal so I can get my results and it gave me an error. I figured it was temporarily down so I tried again in a couple days, still no good. Then i tried to contact tech support for their site and guess what, failed. I tried to email the facility, no one got back to me. Finally I called them and was told "the portal generally doesn't work.". What kind of answer is that? You know what, that is the last time I go to a cut rate testing facility. read more

Slow service, hard to talk to staff and manager, results took longer than 2 days to be reported

I had great experiences here when I needed two more specialized ultrasounds. The receptionists always consulted with their technicians prior to scheduling to ensure they were able to perform the tests, and gave me accurate instruction on how to prepare. I was always seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The front desk staff and technicians were friendly and hospitable, calming any nerves I had. As a nurse, I also love that they have an online patient portal to view images and read results. I highly recommend Medical Arts Radiology in Patchogue and won't go anywhere else if I can help it! read more

They held on to my copay (350.00) for 3 months, which I should have never paid because it was a workmans comp case. Everytime I called there was a different explanation. The Iv "tech" tried 4 times to find my vein before getting help. I never leave reviews but this place is a disgrace read more

My doctor ordered a CT Virtual Colonoscopy due to her being unable to complete a regular colonoscopy without fear of perforating my colon. I called Medical Arts or Lenox Hill whatever they call themselves today. I had two questions I wanted answered before I would schedule the appointment. The operator put me on so that I could speak to someone in the Patchogue office. The person that got on the phone was abrupt and quite honestly nasty. She started by saying, "I don't have time to answer all your questions" before I could say anything. I then asked her about the prep and then asked her how many of these tests are performed in that facility because a Virtual CT colonoscopy is not commonly done. She then again nastily repeated, "I don't have time to answer your questions." Ok, I asked two. I then told her if she didn't have the time to answer my concerns then Medical Arts is not the place I want the test performed. read more

Not happy... always loved the care I got there. However, I needed a breast MRI and scheduled the appt. when I got there it was 50' in the waiting room and the air was on. Ok so things happen. An hour later I was taken to the dressing room then led to the mri room. They seemed to be rushing and pushed for time. When it was done I got up and my arm was very swollen. Apparently the contrast "infultrated" my arm? They brought me to the dressing room to retrieve my clothes and gave me a warm paper towel. I struggled to get dressed my arm was killing me. I waited for 45 mins to see if anyone was going to help me or ck on me. No one came. Then I got a letter that the whole study had to be redone! My arm took 2 weeks for the bruising and pain to go away, not even a call to see how I was. read more
