The staff and radiologists at the Medford office are some of the nicest, professional, & straightforward people you will deal with! They do their best to handle any concerns you might have. We have had the best experience the last handful of times any of my family had any tests done! . They've been our favorite office to use for a couple of years now & will be our first choice for all future tests. The wait at Medford each time has been very reasonable. From The greeter who I must say, went above & beyond the last time I was there. Then the staff that checks you in/out, are all very friendly & considerate. The radiologist that day for my tests we're caring & answered my questions to the best of her ability. The office manager, Alayne was awesome, she was caring, professional, and went out of her way to get me all info I needed to supply, inc who would be calling to schedule the test. Had it not been for this staff at the Medford office. This also includes a wonderful women Barabara in patient relations, & Mr Bob Day a COO of Zwanger, I might never have used zwanger-pesiri again. They all went out of their way to correct a total nightmare that concerned an very important MRI for my mother & the rude treatment to me from a D. Bernardo in ref to that test! The nurse, anesthesiologist, and the assistant were all so, patient, kind, and empathetic, which put me immediately at ease. I would highly recommend this office, to anyone that is fearful of MRI's. In summary, because there was so much negative about my experience here,…read moreI've gone to the Deer Park and Patchogue offices for my hamstring issue and after going to another radiologist because their office couldn't do the mri after initially saying they can, I requested that the doctor call me to discuss the results, but I have yet to meet or speak with Dr. Katsigiorgis. I met with PA Michael, who was very nice, but could not go over the mri results with me. When I asked if the doctor was in, he said, no, not yet. I had a 9am appointment set to specifically speak with him because he wouldn't discuss results over the phone. After waiting 45 minutes, when I was the 1st appointment of the day, the same PA, Michael, basically said the same thing to me that he said before the mri. He said he didn't actually have the mri images and started rehashing about the X-ray taken at the Deer Park office during my first visit. This was a complete waste of time and after 1 month from my first visit to my last, I know nothing more than when I started except that I need to see a sports-oriented orthopedic doctor, because I'm concerned about competitive sports, and not just being able to walk. Why not pick up the phone and talk to me? It has to be that they can't charge for an appointment then. I ignored the numerous negative reviews I had read because everyone's experience is unique and I like giving businesses a fair chance. In this case I should have kept looking. Not PA Michael's fault. I blame the Doctor & offices.

They took x-rays on an ancient X-ray machine, but never had me.Take off my pants and look at my thigh. They prescribe the course of physical therapy.And when I left I was lightheaded and feeling double. I went home and passed out until the middle of the night. My boyfriend noticed I had a huge hematoma on my thigh. which the doctors there never saw because they never looked. I ended up in the ER the next day. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
