Religiously, when we get to window, we are told some prescriptons are ready,some are not! We are told to go to back of line! Why were we told they were ready? Obviously,Manager (or maybe Pharmasist ) are happy with the rude employees at window (same at the counter). NOW we have learned they close the pharmacy for lunch hour! Remember we are from out of town, which by time we get to Sapulpa, is around lunch hr. Yep! We believe employees deserve lunch hr! So, NOW we must twittle our thumbs till they get back (in extreme heat) ! (Now we set at window through lunch ( now we are hangry!) to find out we must go to back of line! When we finally return BACK to the window, THREE employees are standing IDLE at the window! Could they not stagger lunch for one employee, at left lane (like most caring businesses), closing counter,putting a cone at right pick up lane (maybe a large sign in right lane 'Right lane reopens after lunch'(nearer to parking lot). For Goodness sakes this a Pharmacy...... not a a flower shop, people are depending on their prescriptons.....Yes Walgreens keep prices lower, YET, come on, step up to the plate , give fair dependable cust. service! She was rude and didn't even finish our conversation she just acted like I wasn't there. So I waited until Monday and called, it would only let me leave a voicemail so I did and got no call. I called again on Tuesday, left the voicemail and was called a bit later. I explained it all to her and she said it went through insurance and I said I told the first person I spoke to the first day that I was paying cash that I didn't want it to go through insurance. After a long hold another person says it was had been there and told me the price. She asked if I wanted it and I said yes that was what I originally said in the first place. I'm not sure why I had to go through all of that to get a prescription, especially if I'm just paying cash. Should have been an easy transaction but they made it extremely difficult and unpleasant. I would not recommend this pharmacy, makes me appreciate my Walgreens pharmacy in sapulpa. Never again!!!

It is very hard for me to get into them and my memory for calling is not very good. Twice they have failed to perform the automatic refill. I am now told I have to go see my doctor in which I have to wait several weeks to get in. So, in addition to not getting the automatic refill, they didn't notify me that I would need a doctors appointment for the next refill. I am having to go without medication for several weeks.

On my last 2 visits to Oklahoma, I discovered stop here for Tylenol and snacks. This last time though I did pick up laundry detergent and a few cute souvenirs and stuff for my grandkids. I notice how great people are in Oklahoma and are very friendly and nice. They were very helpful and directed me to where everything was. I will for sure stop here again on my next visit in October, would be great to see Tulsa in the fall. Thank you!
