They refused to give her any option of any other care facility that would have been cheaper other than to go home. I knew that they was going to bleed my mother dry of any savings she had. My great grandmother just had surgery, she has staples and an oozing scar. Every time her drainage got on her clothes and bed sheets they gave her disgusted looks and made her sit in it for HOURS before coming to change her bandages, clothes, or bedsheets. They even try to tell us she doesn't need it changed as it's obviously wet and the bed is obviously stained with blood and pus. CNAs would rather go eat and go on break than take 10 seconds to change her bedding! I asked them if they would like to lay in that bed. I didn't think so! CNAs are not legally allowed to change oxygen tubing or tanks because they are not properly trained, although if they are trained to do so, they are allowed. I do not know their training here but I know their CNAs are IMPROPERLY TRAINED. They would take her oxygen off and have her do things without it Bc they were too lazy to move her tubing to a portable tank. And when they did move her tubing to a portable tank, they didn't bother to check how many liters of oxygen she needed and gave her less or more of what she is prescribed. This could cause oxygen poisoning and KILL YOUR LOVED ONE. IF YOU COME HERE, keep an eye on the CNAs. They will do whatever they can to be lazy and avoid things. And it doesn't take much schooling to be a CNA. Do not trust that they always know what they are doing! Know YOUR facts, and correct them when they try to get away with things!

Regardless, you discharged me as a patient, fine, I will go someplace else... My complaint, you sent out a certified letter in January, or you say you did, you wouldn't show me the receipts. I never received any letter, why would I have shown up for an appnt if I had received it. I had an appnt scheduled on 6/14 since my last appnt in December of 2017. I received a call to confirm my appointment, I asked to change the appnt to today's date. Yesterday I received a call to confirm my appointment. I came in for my appnt, I was asked to update paper work and then taken back to a room.... It was then I was finally approached about the letter that was "sent" out in January. Vicki Cooke would not even come and talk to me. I was humiliated and all of this was over a dispute with a very rude staff member about antibiotics for a sinus infection. Today I came in with a black eye and a hurt shoulder from a fall yesterday, I thought I was going to have it looked at. . I guess I need to find a new doctor to take a look at it.... My advice to the staff there, if you discharge someone as a patient make sure your staff and the patient knows about it. After waiting a few minutes the operator and another employee came in saying that BCBS Medicare insurance wasn't going to approve the scan for today. I would have to reschedule. What about my copay? The woman said they could hold it until the rescheduled date or they would refund it. I got angry and frustrated with this situation and blew up at the young woman. I am very sorry that I did that to her and I'm not happy with my conduct toward her. I simply didn't tell her this is the 3rd time in the last month I've been rescheduled. I want the scan done in a timely way. The last scan 7 months ago revealed a mass and my doctor ordered the scans to be done every 6 months. We're behind. I took the young lady's advice and rescheduled for November 5. I didn't ask for the copay refund. The young lady offered to handle the reschedule but in my anger I wouldn't let her. I left without rescheduling.I spoke with Bo Guffey, the Director of Operations and he pulled the recorded phone call when I scheduled and confirmed that I did in fact request the correct procedure but he thought that both the scheduler and I should share responsibility. He spoke with Sue Teeter the COO who agreed with him to not waive the fee. This was not the first bad experience I've had with this company. NEVER AGAIN!
