It is located on the edge of town in the countryside. Rustic country feel inside. Good sized windows and window seating. Outdoor patio. Decent size. Staff were very attentive. Some people were having meals and food looked good. They have a very eclectic mix of beers and not for the faint of heart. You can try a sample. A lot of sours and high hops. If you like craft beer, good food and a fun and friendly environment, then this place is for you. Wide selection of beer styles and the ones I've tried are solid beers in their category. I like their single hop series as you can taste that specific hop. Their IPA is excellent. Had the burger and kale salad, very tasty. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended. I got in contact with Medicine Hat Brewing Company to purchase a gift for somebody I received through a sort of international Secret Santa situation. Carla returned my email within 24 hours and has been nothing but incredibly helpful ever since. She was able to create a specific dinner plan along with gifts from the brewery and even offered to pick up additional gifts if I wanted to add to their experience. She went above and beyond for me and I am confident that this gift will be well received if this is the attention to detail they pay. OMG. What a find. The beer was wonderful. Tried the Creamsicle and it tasted like the name suggests. Had their brined chicken wings fried in duck fat and drizzled in honey. Really, really good. Try the housemate yeast donuts with vanilla ice cream also made in house. This is quite the find in MH. read more

We were in town for an event and had noticed this brewery in our travels around the city. We decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised how good the food was. Hubby had the hamburger and I had the pork medallions. Both were very good. Then we had their donuts for dessert! Oh my goodness they were delicious! Service was very good and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Next time we are in Medicine Hat this will have to be a necessary stop. read more

This is a no-brainer. We're driving to Banff from Chicago and stopped in Medicine Hat for the night. Fans of beer, my wife and I popped into Medicine Hat Brewing Co for dinner. First of all, the place is really cool, inside and outside. Their interior is well decorated and cozy. We sat outside on their fun patio (dog friendly!!!) and they had live music. We ordered a flight of 8 beers and we really enjoyed all of them! We've had plenty of beer from breweries all over the US and this was truly one of the first times we liked ALL of the selections as much as we did. For dinner, we each had a burger and fries and they were delicious. High quality stuff. Oh, and get this: we wanted to take some beer to go, and they of course offer growlers, crowlers, and 6-packs. What they also offer, that no one else does (at least no place we've been to) is a build-your-own 6-pack! Loved that as an option. And on top of that, the people were great. Our waitress, Kneale (spelling?) was super sweet and helpful. The general manager, Kaiden, greeted us warmly when we walked in and was genuinely interested in our travels. We had a great time here. They were very helpful by giving us generous tastings so we could decide what we wanted. Britanny, our bartender, was great with suggestions. They have a limited food menu but we did get the French fries - which were excellent. When we were getting ready to leave she gave us a swag bag with stickers, cozies and coasters.
