She said the pharmacy is very busy and they can prepare and make everything ready when I go without any waiting. I liked their approach and it was the first time I saw a service like that! I wait while he finishes the call. Before attending to me, the phone rings again. Cashier answers the call and leaves me waiting while he talks to the caller. I continue to wait and wait and wait.
