My first thought was to keep my services at the Frisco location, but my husband and I decided to try Rockwall EYECARE. That was a big mistake. These folks are terrible. They overcharge you and try to make u pay for the extras ur insurance company covers. They tried to charge me $240 for two boxes of contacts and $368 for four boxes... when I have a $350 allowance towards contacts. I have all extra tests covered and my eye exam at 100%. I returned the unopened boxes of contacts. I took my prescription and went back to my old EYECARE location in Frisco. I paid $110 for four boxes of contacts and also received a contact lens vendor rebate. When you try to tell them you have had the same benefits for years and never paid that much, they get rude and show lack of customer service. They even tried to overcharge my husband for his contacts and also told him that the extra services were not covered... and we have the exact same insurance. The doctor was amazing. However, the front desk was not knowledgeable and rude. The management was even worse. I totally recommend shopping around... they are definitely overcharging customers. If I could give the 0 Stars, I would!

They also have other medical gear to pick and choose. I also signed up for rewards and got a free Scrubtastic pen. I also received a $10 gift card in the mailbox, which was amazing! They have amazing staff that is very friendly and helpful! Personally I think its kind of expensive but worth the quality. I recommend checking the store out!

When you walk-in, you will see the staff hard at work mixing product. The store is bright, open and smells great! Next to their sink are product testers so you can sample each scent. Narcissist, Cobalt Blue and Commando are favorites at this house. Commando and Cobalt Blue lean towards the more masculine side. The employees are always super nice and upbeat but there is one lady that is regularly a bit rude. I am guessing she is either the manger or franchisee. Luckily she doesn't seem to run the cash register or help much but she will add her two cents in to conversations.
