This is a nice quiet pharmacy, unlike some of the busier ones you find in shopping centres. The best part about this is that it allows the staff to really discuss your medication and what is best for you. You get given the time of day here. They make sure you know what you are taking, the side effects to watch out for. They ask about your general health and I always feel very confident when I leave. The pharmacy itslef has only a small selection of other goods (such as shampoo etc) compared to others but the service with prescriptions is extremely good.

I had never met her before, so I don't understand what it was about me that she didn't like, but I felt crushed by this behaviour. She ignored almost everything I said, and barely spoke to me. She left me holding out my phone with the barcode on it while she did something on her computer. A really negative interaction, and I don't understand what I did wrong. I won't go back there again!

The staff here make you feel comfortable and it does seem as though any question you have for them, doesn't surprise them- which is great. I can always rely on them for any emergency needs late at night. During Spring, my partner went through massive sneezing spells. So we came here to get something to ease the irritation and hay fever. It saved the evening. He slept like a baby. A massive plus for this pharmacy is because it is a local suburban pharmacy, it's not too busy so you'll always be personally looked after and be attended to straight away. No big queues and waiting around for scripts.

I was a little nervous to make my request over the counter, but the pharmacists on the other end, was so helpful and she even made some handy Christmas ham suggestions. I found their service really good. Since then, I've returned to pick up prescriptions, buy eye-care needs and vitamins and supplements. They have all the good reputable brands and plenty in stock. The shopping experience is very good. Plenty to choose from and always enough staff to lend a helping hand.

They also give very good recommendations in term of what medicine you should take. What more convenient is there is GPs next door. So when you are sick and need to see GP you can just pop on next door and purchase prescription in this pharmacy. The downside is the staff in this pharmacy is a bit pricy compare with other regular pharmacy. If you need to stock up your moisturiser, pads, deodorant or sort of those needs it's better not to buy them here. The nearest discount chemist are one in toowong and one in taringa more further up down after this pharmacy.
