Reading all the negative reviews which are all accurate in my experience. As a new patient My wait time was between 2.5- 3 hrs before I saw the doctor who did the basic checkup which lasted about 5 -7 min. and he ordered the blood and urine test and made another appointment for the next week. The second appoint. wait time was even worse 3-4 hrs. He again did not discuss much on the blood/urine report and asked me for other tests which were performed in the next room by a nurse something to do with blood circulation and a ultrasound of the head. Don't know what those test were because no previous Dr had asked me to get those done. Then he scheduled me for a third Vascular test for next week at which I complained about the wait time. Dr.Umer save my life I went to him for the first time because I was feeling very weak, lite headed and dizzy. He told me that my blood pressure was very low and that I needed to go to the hospital Asap and he gave me a list of test he wanted them to preform on me. It's a possibility that if I didn't go to a doctor like him who is very attentive to his patients and willing to do whatever it takes to get the right diagnosis I may not be alive today. My family and I really appreciate Dr.Umer for making sure that I received the services needed to determine the health issues that I was having and finding the right solution. read more

The doctor knows his stuff, but it's a shame how long you have to wait. Twice in one week I've been there. First time, 3 hour wait, today 2 hours... I don't have time to waste. Front desk isn't the friendliest either. I won't be back. !!!!! A month later here I am. He referred me to an endocrinologist. The endocrinologist office told me 'you don't need to see us, you need to see someone else'. That was the first fail. Second fail, he refers me to a psychiatrist & when you go online or yelp, the address states sugar land. Took off work just to find out that the office was in RICHMOND not Sugar Land. I'm highly disappointed. Paid for all this blood work to wait weeks to just not be seen. I will never ever return here or to any of the specialists he referred to me because obviously it's all a joke to everyone else. I don't have time to waste and would rather pay out of pocket then sit through any of this again. You'd think when you (a doctor) tell a person that they have severe anxiety or depression they would do ANYTHING for you. I was so wrong. read more

No matter you book your appointment or not. You still have to wait at least 1.5 hours to see the doctor. First time I called in to book appointment but they've never picked up the phone. So I have to walk in and wait. I can understand that so we wait for almost 2 hours. When it was our turn to get in the room, we sat there and waited for another 30mins. Second time I was sick, I booked the appointment and still have to sit there 1.5 hours. After everything is done, they told me book me for next check up 8.00am. This is the worst clinic I have ever been too. Rude and arrogant staff. I WAITED 2 HOURS to have my blood and urine test done. People come in and cut in line. This is ridiculous!!! They even said the wait time here is the shortest in Houston. Restroom is disgusting too, so many urine in the cup on the counter top. Do not recommend here at all!!!!!! My grandma came here when she needed to change her primary doctor cause he was retiring, and this doctor is close to our house but the staff is very rude and unprofessional and the appointments are not kept. We waited there for 1 hour already and no one else is here. I get that your busy but you should keep appointments. We will be changing doctors for the next check up in three months. read more

good Doctor with very bad staff. I have started seeing Dr. Umar almost an year ago, he is a very good doctor , he listens carefully and has very good diagnostics. with that said however, the staff at his clinic is really bad, lacks professional attitude, sometimes even rude to an extent that you start feeling like you are a borrower in lending place, even the lenders have better attitude sometimes. the administration can not handle patients appointment, even if you get there with an appointment, the wait time could be between 45 minutes (min) to 3 hours. the receptionist lady has the worst and disrespectful attitude, last week i had just enough when i needed a refill for for insulin, and they were not replying to pharmacy's request. I walked in to his clinic, told the receptionist, she said to ask pharmacy to send a fax, which i called in to my pharmacy and they sent the fax while i waited there, asked the receptionist, beared through her attitude and foolish comments, an hour later she told me that i should come to my appointment which was a week later to get the refill. despite my request that it is the insulin refill and i am a diabetic which is now out of insulin, . she kept insulting me by saying," you cant just walk in and ask for refills, the doctor is very busy, come next week. etc. etc." finally i decided to walk out and find myself another clinic which can understand that a patient is not just only a customer to make money off. read more

Horrible, long wait time and rude staff. Find another service. The doctor is not bad with the treatment. You will have to wait a minimum of 2 hours after your appointment time to see the doctor, this is excluding the 30 to 40 minutes you sit in the room waiting to see him. They allow people to cut the line and see the doctor before you as they choose. Again horrible service and they keep telling you are next which turns out to be a big lie. Clinic is set up with ZocDoc. Staff cancelled my appointment because of lack of knowledge to how to use their ZocDoc. To see this doctor the wait time is over an hour and at times two hours. I am upset today because it seems like today everyone has an 8:30 appointment. There are five of us with an 8:30 appointment. Scheduled my assignment days in advance. I started going the facility because it's super close to my house, it's clean decent looking. But then u check in for the first time and the receptionist is RUDE. Don't get me wrong, her whole demeanor changes when u have passed the process with the information sheet, the insurance process and all and don't get me started on the fact she told me I am missing something with the insurance papers but never specified. Week 2- NOPE didn't get seen yet, same thing, waited a hour and when we were called in the waiting room, once again she spoke up late. Thinking I gave the correct paper to the receptionist, she once again told me with an attitude "I told u last week your missing blank thing" We went back and forth and she was like well I don't know what to say. Week 3- With he help of a family member who called the office to see what I was missing, made an appointment with me and FINALLY being seen. Oh and her attitude changes when u pass the door of the waiting room into be doctor office. My follow up appointment was at 10:30am and I didn't get called in until 12:28pm, squeezing in a patient saying "it'll be fast." read more

I brought my dad to the doctor because he wasn't feeling well enough to drive on his own. Our appointment was for 10:15am. We waited over an hour to be seen. When it was brought up to the receptionist that we've been waiting.. she said, "10 more minutes." No apology. No explanation. I would not recommend this clinic unless you like wasting 2 hours of your day waiting for a mediocre doctor. Whatever your appointment time is set for.. arrive an hour late and I guarantee you'll still be waiting for 15-20 minutes. Huge thumbs down. read more
