But, what can you do when he is located in the heart of Chinatown and can speak Vietnamese well to offer service to the older generation that isn't fluent in English? An attentive doctor and being fluent in his native tongue is going to be a popular one. Some things I want to point out is that the staff is average...I don't feel welcome sometimes because they don't say much but I brush it off since my agenda is to see the doctor. The bathrooms are clean and the clinic also has a room to draw blood so you can get that done there. Overall, he is really nice and enthusiastic.
