She appeared to be in a bad mood with both patients and her staff, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been even more frustrating. I have been in significant pain for about a week and have repeatedly called the office asking for my medication and help with my situation. Despite explaining that I am in pain, I have not received the support or timely response I expected. As a patient, I believe you deserve a doctor who listens, communicates, and genuinely cares about your well-being--not someone who makes you feel like your concerns are unimportant. However, I had a pretty deep cut in my ankle today and my friends thought it would be a good idea to get it looked at. I didn't have to wait very long, paid an initial $50 fee, and then shortly after, the doc came to check out my ankle. He was very helpful and stitched up my ankle in no time! He gave me some useful advice on how to take care of my ankle before sending me on my way. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my bill came out to $250. My ER bill for just receiving bandages was over 5x that amount with insurance (and over 10x before insurance)!!
