I hopped onto her comfy healing table and relaxed into the cushy mat. She covered my eyes and placed her hands on my head. This was my first time receiving a Jikiden Reiki session. I have been curious about it for a while as a fellow Reiki practitioner. As her hands rested on me and gently changed positions, I felt myself relaxing even deeper and felt Reiki energy saturating my being. I felt so held and at ease. The loving and healing energy was undeniable. Upon completion of the session, I felt light and as if I had meditated for an hour. We chatted for a bit and got to know one another.
