She has secured me my best assignments over the last few years. She never puts me in a box, but instead, sees the transferability of my skills and because of that, has gotten me some great gigs which have expanded my HR portfolio quite nicely. She has really extended the effort to get to know me and clearly values building a long-term relationship, versus just filling the positions that are currently on her desk. Aerotek never communicated travel time to them! Lol! What in the world?? When trying to contact anybody about it, I get voicemails. My recruiter has pushed me off til tomorrow twice now about my 500$ payment of my travel time. Protect your reputation and don't use Aerotek. Companies will lookthink you're trying to 'burn them' as I was eloquently told. All I wanted to do was show up for work.

I took the call at 4pm Friday : politely went over my resume with "Veoneer" with a lady that was obviously non-technical and managerial. Asked about an in person and I said sure. Several days later, I received a rude email from the recruiter that the client sensed "I had not done my research on the company and seemed that I felt obligated to be on the phone" 1.) A simple no-go was sufficient: I really don't care. 2.) If I am going to be phone screened : align me with a technical person and not a PM that has an accent so thick I can barely understand her. 3.) I was upfront : PASSIVELY looking. I love my current employer and will only jump for a very good reason. 4.) Learn how to be professional.

I took a short-term consulting gig with one of their biggest clients and all I can tell you is that I'd never work with Randstad again. Even their client couldn't stand them. As usual, they're all about the bottom dollar and the "talent manager"/point of contact was nowhere to be found anytime there was a question. Keep on looking unless you need work urgently. On another note, are you ready for a story? Get the popcorn; I'll wait... So, there I am walking out of a restaurant one cold winter's eve when I see one of the phony, holier-than-tho Randstad account managers sucking face in the parking lot with one of the managers of the company I did the consulting for. Oh, wait - did I mention he was married with kids and wearing his wedding ring? I guess a girl's got to do what a girl's got to do to get some business these days. Talk about unprofessional. Even if I didn't have such a bad experience with Randstad, seeing that display of trashiness would have made me never want to work with them again if that's the caliber of their employees.

They seemed pretty disappointed that I wouldn't be willing to travel 30 miles mins for $15/hr. Sorry. I followed up with her as well, never heard back. That was back in October 2017. Now I'm looking at placement agencies and this comes up in the top ten. Laughable. And pretty discouraging.

This so called Employment Staffing Agency is the worst.. For anyone in the Billerica MA area,…read morePlease AVOID Triton Staffing. Very unprofessional in all aspects of assisting unemployed workers. I know first hand. A year ago Triton Staffing placed me in a Temp to Perm position at a manufacuring company.. There 1st lie was telling me the "Temp" part was for 3 months then the company would have the option to hire me directly.. my 3 months went by, then another month. I finally spoke to the companies HR director and she informed me that Triton signed a 1 yr "temp" contract.. so I called my rep "Tatiane" at Triton and she claimed she never signed such contract.. I'm not done yet..The company I was placed at was losing business therefore there was a layoff.. I applied for enemployment ( at which Triton would be responsilbe for). I obided by the rules of working with a Temp Agency.. once you are involved in a lay-off you need to contact your agency rep once a week letting them know you are still available for work which I did.. After applying for enemployment weeks and weeks went by without receiving a benefit check ( to which I was clearly eligible for ),, I finally called my unemployment office and they told me that Triton Staffing informend them that I "Voluntarily" quit.. Are you Kidding me??? So of course I called Triton to find out why they told unemployment that I so called "Quit" and guess what.. I was hung up on. I called again and was then yelled at.. At that point, I physically went to Tritons Office and was told that if I didn't leave, they were going to call the police.. It is beyond me how this so called Staffing Agency is still in business, But I have a feeling they won't for long.. I know for a fact that I am not the only person they have done this to.
